I realized I had a flat tire when I got back from a trip and had to leave my car in the parking lot of a nearby airport hotel. I called my insurance company to arrange for someone to come out and change the tire for me through our roadside assistance coverage. They referred me to Mr. Rescue. We were later getting there than I thought we would be, and while I completely appreciate the fact that he has other calls and can't wait for people, there is no excuse for the way he spoke to me. It speaks volumes about a person's character (not to mention his business intelligence) when rather than help someone in a vulnerable state, he chooses to berate them. It's especially disconcerting considering his profession falls under the "service" category. Friends, if you're ever referred to this guy I would highly recommend requesting someone different.

I got a flat tire after hitting a pot hole. On just about the coldest night of the year, I thought that I had it under control until my jack broke. I called my insurance's roadside assistance program, and they sent Mr. Rescue to the rescue. He got there in about 20 minutes, changed my tire in about 2 minutes, and even filled it up with air. I will definitely be calling him again the next time I find myself with a flat.

I have had to use Mr. Rescue twice over the summer after I accidentally locked by keys in my car. Both times the Mr. Rescue employee came quickly (approximately 15 minutes) and unlocked my car without any problems.

The untimely manner and way they treat their customers is unfavorable. I Left work to find a flat tire. Called roadside assistance and they connected me to these people. They did not ID themselves on the initial phone call but told me it would 45 mins to 1 hr wait for their service. When they didn't show after an hour, I called them. They were "busy" and when I explained to them I was on a tight schedule I was told "what do you expect me to do about it" in reference to them being late already and then that it would be an additional 20 minutes on top of that. The guy who showed up was nice but his employer didn't even bother giving him the exact directions I had already his given them so he had to call me for them. I suggest if you are referred to these people (for free) to just pay someone else for service. You will be much happier that you did.

Had a flat tire at my daughters and she was too busy to change it herself and called these people. I have watch my tire being changed before and when I heard them hammering I was a little concerned because i never heard it hammered on when it was changed before. When the guy finally got it changed he said he ran out of invoices at his last stop, i never saw a bill nor invoice, i feel he knew he broke my spare tire holder that he didn't want to leave a paper trail. I finally got my tired fixed and they tried to put the spare back and the cord that twists up and down to release and tighten the spare tire under the car was broke, would not move. My daughter went out of town and i couldn't get the number of the people who changed it. When she finally returned i got the phone number and the guy was so rude, wouldn't let me finish a sentence. He pretty much told me i was lying and his guys are the best. I ended up hanging up on him because he would not even let me talk. It is not going to be cheap to fix what they broke which I don't think it is my responsibility to pay for it. Do not ever use these people, they will break your stuff, blame it on you and belittle you and make you think you don't know what you are talking about. This guy is definitely in the wrong business!!!!
