I was starting the divorce process and I have 2 children. Due to a credit card my credit was CRAP and my payment on my vehicle was too much. My vehicle at the time was getting old and I still owed money. I was overwhelmed and loosing hope. I went to Moxie for help thinking "no way can they help me". As soon as I walked in the doors I was greeted with smiles and kind hello's. I even got to meet the owner Tim Bunn! I felt comfortable right away. I told them what I was hoping to find, what I could afford, where I currently was financially and I told them about the 08 vehicle I was in and how much I still owed.I am proud to say I got out of my 08 and I am driving a nice 2013 ford escape with LOWER payments than the 08. I have had NO issues with my vehicle and I absolutely love it. I would defiantly go back when I am looking for a new vehicle! A great company with great employees and owners!

I've been very happy with my new Moxie car up until today. A little backround, i purchased a fusion with moxie that previously has an issue a few years ago and the owner reached out to me specifically to address my issue. Say what you want about the commercials, that guy is a stand up man. However we have a problem!I received a call from a "Debbie" today needing pictures of my car, including the mileage and various other things, she tried calling me as i was working, which i can't answer for obvious reasons. She then reaches out to one of my contacts and sounded like she was having a nervous mental breakdown. So i call "Debbie" back and she explains what needs to be done in a tone that can only be described as confrontational and at a speed that would make an advid watcher of the show, "Gilmore girls" think she is going too fast.Between the tone and her ability to speak an impressive 2,000 words a minute we got down to the deal that she needed the pictures. I advised her that i am working and will be working for the entire week ten hour days and she is more then welcome to come take photos. Somebody tried peeling off the "moxie" sticker off my car and i asked her if she could bring some goo-gone to remove it as it doesn't look good anymore. I was as a backup going to ask her to bring another sticker to cover the damaged one. This is when she just completely blew up, she must have been having a hard day because this was not a unfriendly call. She then stated that she had called me "dozens of times", which i plainly told her that is NOT true. Caller id in 2020 works well along with Verizon records of every call that you have sent and received. I looked it over after she shamed me for being an ungrateful/lazy/bad customer and this friendly woman had called me twice. Once back in July, and once today. I do not like being called a liar and made out to be some sort of scumbag so naturally, i did not take too kindly to this. I dropped it as she fumed into the phone that she is coming by my house in two hours, i am a bit terrified to meet this woman as if she cannot handle her anger over a simple phone call what will happen if i am not waiting outside for her? I was told at the time of purchase there was an extra key being made and i told her she should bring that just in case i'm not out there right away, to which she informed me there was no extra key, there was no promise of an extra key, and titled herself as, "The Keeper of the keys". I've made all my payments on time, i'm not a problem customer, and generally have nice things to say about Moxie, but this one employee is enough to make me never want to return. People who are so quick to finger point, and lose there cool at something as simple as a missed phone call should not be in a position where they talk to customers. This is a bit sad for me because i previously held moxie as a great place to help people get cars, but i didn't know they would send somebody like that to people who pay there bills and don't cause a stir. She will be here in a few hours, and i for one am a bit scared. Wish me luck.

I drove all the way from Lawrence, KS to get a car here because a friend recently had a great experience and recommended I come up and check them out. After browsing their website, I found something that caught my eye and their friendly staff helped me get an appointment for a test drive. They're staff is friendly and made car buying a great experience. I haven't bought a car since 2006 so I was definitely leery after not having a car payment for so long but they're prices made it worth it and really made me feel comfortable getting the car I was scouting out. This was my first "car buying" experience so these words are from a novice - but I only have good things to say about this place. It looked nice and was clean and easy enough to find. I was able to set up an appointment over the phone which helped get over the awkwardness of just wandering around the car lot. (which I did in a couple of other places) I had heard the ads on the radio and thought it sounded like a place to start.I was able to work with Chris to trade in my car and he was super helpful. (Again, I had no idea what I was doing haha) I would come here again and its nice to know what if I need any help, I can just call.

Amazing service!!! I took my vehicle to Moxie to get a couple of parts replaced. The service department did an fantastic job!! I was immidiately greeted with a smile from the nice lady at the counter. After taking my keys she showed me to the waiting lounge that had great refreshments and popcorn available. The building was super clean and updated. Overall it was a very welcoming atmosphere! After finishing my vehicle they gave me a full break down of exactly what they did as well as pointed out some maintenance pointers to keep in mind for the future. I 100% recommend the Moxie service center if you have any problems with your current vehicle. They treated me like a friend and I completely trust them with all of my future vehicle needs. Hi Tim!! I felt my customer service was great but what you guys did with my loan was very shifty. I came in with a person to help explain things to me and you told me i was approved for a loan at 2.9%. We signed and then I was told I needed to come back and sign some things. A different guy helped me and Frenchie wasn't there but I was told it was just a different lender. I was told the payment was the same and the only difference was that I would lose my GAP coverage. Well that wasn't the difference. My interest rate now is 10.9% . I didnt realize till a month later bc the person who helped me rushed through paperwork and assured me the GAP coverage was the only thing changing. My payment is $417 so bc of the high interest like $223 goes towards my principle and the rest is interest. I definitely should have been advised that I was going to end up paying 40,000 for my car over the years. I've gone to 3 dealerships in the last month to try and trade in and every single person helping me has said that they hear this about you a lot. Because of the interest i am just more and more upside down on my car loan. Over the past yr I've only put a $2600 dent in my principle but paid almost $5000. You would NEVER but one of your own kids in this kind of financial situation. We sat and chatted for like an hour and you made it seem like you were helping me. Wolf is sheep's clothing honestly. Also, I am friends with 2 people who have worked for you in the last 3 years and they both say the same thing. You are so nice but they couldn't keep working there bc they felt like bad people bc they understand they are financially screwing people.

Sid was such a professional and I will definitely be back. He listened to what I wanted and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It was a wonderful experience and not at all what I expected. When purchasing a vehicle, you're always thinking you'll be spending a day at the car lot. This was not the case, I was in and out in 3 hours and am in love with my 2014 Honda Fit. It's cute, zooms around town, and gets great gas mileage. I definitely recommend Moxie Mitsubishi for any and all car needs.

Buyer beware!!! I purchased a brand new 2020 Mitsubishi Eclipse cross from these people, since I have owned it everytime u drive it the smell of gasoline fumes almost makes you choke. They refuse to fix the vehicle which is under full factory warranty, their service department is nothing but rude and hateful and they have yet to return even one phone call. Apparently t is going to take attorneys getting involved in order for them to honor their warranty. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! David naimon
