The best rates in Omaha of you need a no frills weekly or monthly hotel. The building is old but clean and they have cable and maid service as well. The lady who manages the hotel is super nice and even cooks meals for all the guests at the hotel on special holidays. I stayed there for 6 months and enjoyed my stay greatly. If I ever need to go back to hotel living I would check there first.
