Ron at Morning Star Repair is great! I had service scheduled with another repair service through my AHS Warranty to repair my dishwasher. They cancelled at 2pm and AHS rerouted to Ron at Morning Star. He was able to be here still that afternoon and replaced parts and was back in working order in ~30 minutes. I would highly recommend him anytime you need repairs on appliances he covers. I'll be personally requesting him going forward!

Just about the best appliance service call I've experienced. Rin showed up on time after very solid communication. Dd the requested repair, fixed numerous other small fixes to items a previous repairman messed up. I will not look to anyone else for the work Mr. Morningstar performs. He really is that good.

My clothes dryer went out and would not heat up at all. I immediately went on the Yelp website to look up reputable appliance repair businesses. I sent messages out, and I received a return email from Morningstar within the hour. I called Ron right away as I was anxious to get on his schedule. Tip: don't leave it up to an email to set up your appointment, confirm or schedule your appointment with a phone call to Morningstar. Ron was able to get to me within 3 hours of my phone call. The repair required a part that is not often stocked. Ron found the last one in the Omaha area and was able to fix my dryer that day. I greatly appreciate the quality of work Ron performed as well as the excellent customer service! Many thanks!

Had an excellent experience, I called that morning for a broken washer machine and he was able to come that afternoon. He came in the window that was given and they fixed our machine at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for more in a situation like this. Will use again if any other appliance needs to be serviced.

Ron did a great job quickly repairing my washing machine. He was able to quickly identify the problem, update me of the problem, quickly fix the issue, and then quickly re-assemble the washing machine. He tested it multiple times to ensure it was working properly. He charged me exactly what he initially quoted me. I would refer Ron and Morningstar to my peers and will call him again if I have appliance issues.

As I wasn't able to be there during the repair of my garage door, Ron sent photos with a thorough explanation of the cause of the malfunction and how he fixed it. I had an old, wooden 2-car rage door where one of the springs broke. I put out a call for estimates and Ron from Morningstar was not only the first responder but gave me the best estimate. Came out the next day and fixed it up and it's been working great ever since. Totally satisfied customer here!

He was easy to get ahold of, sent an estimate to me immediately, arrived to my house the very next morning with parts in-hand, and had my washer fixed within the hour!
