Mojo's Full Service Car Wash

I love this dog friendly car wash so much that I went back the next day with my husband's vehicle. We did the basic wash and vacuum/interior wipe for both cars and it was well worth the money ($26). They were thorough and did a great job! It's also a huge perk that they allow dogs to hang out inside while waiting for your car to be done.Tips: they are thorough so your wait will be at least 30 mins- avoid peak times so you don't have a longer wait. I went right before a Husker game and first thing on a Sunday. I didn't have a wait. There is coffee and water inside the waiting area. They accept tips.

I've been bringing my vehicle regularly at Mojo's for car washing for the past 4 years, supporting local businesses religiously. After this morning's experience I will not be bringing my vehicle there anymore. I purchased a car wash package where my vehicle gets wiped down after the car wash. I usually tip a dollar fifty to the person who wipes down my car after each service. Today after the car wash I sat there for 5 minutes and no one came down to wipe down my vehicle. I ended up driving back to the entry point and complaining to the service guy about the lack of customer service shown at their business. He apologized and offered a refund for the car wash. I told him to tell the owner I won't be returning back to Mojo's and will find another servicer for my vehicle. What a disappointment for me, supporting a local business and being let down this morning. I even paid for a full detail last summer and they actually did a great job. Time to patronize another car wash facility in West Omaha.

Overall a nice car wash experience. It's a little difficult to navigate to from the main roads but I'd say worth it. Fairly the same/expected price for car washes in the area. Although they have an extensive menu that they show you which certainly overwhelmed me. So many options and various things. I just wanted a clean vehicle and the undercarriage cleaned off of any salt from the roads this winter. I think it did the trick and was a pleasant experience. Including the end part where a couple guys take some towels and hand dry a few parts here and there. :)

Sunday afternoon, no full service because of drain plugged, but exterior only is open. If you have any bugs on front of vehicle or windshield, plan on cleaning them yourself. The kid with the soap and water squirter only gets your car wet before it goes thru the wash, doesn't try to get bugs off the windshield or front of car. Does just a little better than using your cars washer and wipers. I don't think I will be back, the brushes seem to be more aggressive on my car than I like, and they could use a lot more water to help the brushes work smoother on the car finish. I really wish I hadn't put my car in this car wash, but it's too late now.

I took my car in for a front to back detail which was to include a hand wax. Overall was VERY disappointed. They didn't vacuum the trunk, there was still lots of dog fur in the car and I'm certain there was no hand waxing. The first rain fell one day later and zero beading of the water. It was a total waste of $150 dollars.

You would think that frequent calls and a text to get your call detailed would spur action. Alas, I can't schedule anything.Your company voicemail is full, and I can't get a response to schedule car detailing. Is anyone in charge out there?There are new car washes coming to town, and many are more conveniently located. Now is not the time to let your service slip.

If I could rate "0" stars I would. Other than the location, there is nothing to be desired at Mojos. Long waits, sporadic closing hours or full days closed because of a chance for rain. For $28 you would expect excellence (or close to) but end up spending an hour of your day for a subpar wash, by mismanaged staff and a greeter who tried to talk you out of including the inside package in the first place. I feel for the on-site manager as he used to care, but is clearly over worked and has no support or guidance. Without drastic changes I give this place another six months. I encourage the owner and management staff to survey other carwashes including jet splash in Lincoln to truly have an idea of how a car wash should be run. Good luck.

Excellent detailing of my car. Staff efficient and curious. I use to get my car cleaned at Dolphins but they no longer do interiors. I found MoJos based off recommendations and am very happy

Rude service, car was still dirty inside and out even though I was the only one there at the time. I was fully prepared to wait the 45 minutes to come out to a sparkling car. Once called to come out to claim, everyone scattered like roaches when I had questions about areas missed. Trying to track down the manager was a joke. Once I did, he was not pleasant to deal with. Finally got my money back and bolted . It was my second attempt to try this place, but will drive to another location that is miles away for better service and detail. Such a bummer as I love to support local and a convenient location.
