Mixins Rolled Ice Cream

Service was very nice we got to watch them make our rolled ice cream and did neat stuff in it to it was very modern looking and the ice cream was the best I've ever had if there was a sixth star it would be that.

10/10 recommend! This ice cream is so good! Please open one up in the Northeast Ohio area

This spot was closed for a bit but the staff said they are back and open for business.The staff were so friendly nice & helpful!! It's a pretty fun spot that is interactive as the station is behind glass so you can watch as they write your name in syrup.

During my last couple of visits, I experienced better customer interactions and the staff seems to have learned how to manage the crowds a bit better. Perhaps some of this is just evidence of them smoothing out some processes along the way as they've grown or maybe just that crowds have dwindled a bit after a year of pandemic frenzy.Either way, their team is working hard to care for their customers and deliver a fun experience from start to finish.

Delicious. Never had rolled ice cream before. These guys are artists. Shop was very clean and the cleaned up after every creation. Staff was friendly. We'll be back.

Mixins is a great place to have some rolled iced cream. They have a lot of different flavors and choices for you to choose from which is great but for if you are like me it might be a little overwhelming. I had the strawberry cheesecake one, I forget what they call them since each flavor have a unique play on words based on the ingredients and a popular sayin, this is probably my favorite thing!One thing that I wish they would improve is better handling of crowds and and the parking is not very good, you usually have to park a couple a blocks away which is not their fault but it would be nice if it had a dedicated spot.

I think the best thing about this place was the service HANDS DOWN!! Had such a great time talking to the staff and hearing their recs. I ended up going with the Nutella banana ice cream and I didn't regret it! It was super tasty and I thought the toppings were great additions!!

I purchased 2 hoodies from the website 2 months ago and have not received my products. I sent a Instagram message, multiple emails and have called multiple times only to have the phone go straight to voicemail. I'm not reporting on the food which was good, but I spent $90 on merchandise and have not heard back! UNACCEPTABLE! And stop having your phone go straight to voicemail!

Great spot! Need a few more workers but it was fun and we saw some Tennessee players in there too!

Go to literally any other rolled ice cream spot in Omaha. The portions are SO tiny and it's 10 dollars a pop. Absolutely ludicrous.
