I'm very disappointed in Milt's Mini Storage. My 93 year old mother rented a storage building for 40 years!! We called and asked what the date would be to close out the account to avoid another months rent. We had everything moved out and the building cleaned out before that date. However, they charged mom's credit card for the month. They have told her if she'd paid in cash they could refund her, but that CAN'T credit her because it's on a credit card. Today, they said they'd send her a check for half. She was a loyal customer for FORTY YEARS. I'm sure not impressed with their customer service. Way to show your appreciation Milts!!
