Dr Hsu is such an amazing doctor/surgeon and person. She is an amazing surgeon who doesn't just stop seeing her patients after surgery. I've been with her since last May and wouldn't trust anyone else to do the work she does!

There was a poor review on Yelp and I had quite the opposite experience today. I ended up parking in the wrong parking lot, however the volunteer who was screening everyone for COVID symptoms told me I could walk through the building to access the elevator. Make sure if you don't want to walk 3 extra minutes, park in the structure instead of the east parking lot. The reception area is clean, paperwork was quick, and I only waited less than 10 minutes before I was seen. Overall, a very pleasant experience at this medical facility.

Dr panser did not care about my pain and did not want to listened. I asked him to do an MRI that I would pay for out if pocket, he said no not his problem. Would not recommend him for anything.

I made an appointment with a specific person that was referred to me. She was apparently out and when I asked specifically for billing purposes he said it "shouldn't" matter. I just returned a message from what I assume was a billing office in Council Bluffs. I had no idea who they were and the person calling was snippy. I'm trying to explain I have no clue who they are or the doctor she is naming. She cut me off when I was trying to explain about the appt switch. I am now irritated as I'm also not providing my information until I know who you are. She ends up telling me I need to call my insurance or I'm responsible for the bill. She not only needs retraining on how to speak to people but training on her listening skills. Also I know I would be responsible if insurance doesn't cover they make you sign that you understand. Really frustrating and irritating. The doctor wasn't that friendly either.

I was laughed at when i booked appointment as gal thought my reason was funny I guess. When i tried for several days to reach Heather on my breaks and lunches to schedule surgery she NEVER answered her phone. Yet if i called thru the receptionist i could get her only to be yelled at because she did not have the surgery request from Dr yet. Then several days later i followed up and Heather still needed to call insurance co to get details. At this point i moved onto Amy, who got things going further than Heather.I got a call from someone qouting to me my deductible and 20% coinsurance = deposit of $900. i couldn't get anymore details of what, where and when until i committed to this $.once paid i get a call saying now you need a pre-surgery physical. NO ONE MENTIONED THIS TO ME PRIOR and had i known i would have set a few dummy appts up w/PCP as she is hard to get in on a late notice. But next day Amy called and was able to get me in w/Ann for the following day. I rearrange my work schedule and I get to PCP's office and her nurse tells me that no one called and asked to see DR but in fact DR had an opening and I did get to see her. 8-8 I received 2 calls from surgery center questioning my insurance, it appears the CB office gave them wrong member# and wrong insurance company. No surprise there.I stopped taking my blood thinner Sunday 8/4 assuming i was ready and just needed to get surgery scheduled. Finally i get that call and was told I had to have someone with me and had to be driven home and have someone stay the night with me. Repeatedly I was told I was walking out of that surgery but never told anything about someone babysitting me.This would be important for a patient to know in advance, instead i am called yesterday 8-8 and told this. I am single, I work from home so don't have co-worker to help as suggested by surgery center. i live in an apartment bldg with strangers as neighbors so can't rely on them as suggested. Had i known this from day 1 of seeing Panasar i could of made arrangements for someone to come and help me who lives out of town. And that was the final straw. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing in that office. I had planned on getting thru this and then returning to Hsu for carpel tunnel but she uses the same staff and I will go elsewhere for both procedures now. Vickie posted that office manager went above and beyond but isn't that really her job as the office manager? But don't listen to the customer Vickie as I am sure the staff's wages are paid by someone else other than the customers. I did try to call Vickie to discuss but she don't answer her phone either. I will post this and I bet I get a reply lickety-split!Now when can i expect my $900 refund?

Horrible!! Horrible!!! They take no responsibility for their mistakes. And, they make YOU pay for their poor surgery outcome. I went back to the office immediately after the final cast was removed stating I could feel a screw had come loose from the surgery and dr said the screw was not where I pointed out. I went to another specialist, they took x-Ray and confirmed 2 screws did in fact come loose in the area I pointed out to dr at miller orthopedic. We will see how fast they pay the bill from me after I have the surgery to fix their error. They don't care about patients at all. They are more interested in making money. Would never recommend this office!!!
