Wow-service is key with this group of professionals. I kicked of a do it yourself project a month ago with the Millard Lumber team in my corner and haven't looked back. From start to finish, the team has come alongside me to help with those questions I couldn't answer or YouTube...Deliveries were made on time, returns of unused materials were not questioned and the guidance and design help was second to none.I'll choose these guys every time.

Came here for fencing boards. They didn't have anything other than eight footers which were way longer than I needed. They were less than helpful and I ended up going to Home Depot and got way better service.

We had an issue with an order a few months ago. Millard Lumber contacted me regarding our order issue/experience. I was impressed with their professionalism, communication and dedication to resolve the issue we experienced. I am always impressed with companies that strive to make things right with their customers. Although my experience did not start off positive, because of the excellent customer service I received at the end, I am willing to give Millard Lumber another try in the future.

Just to be very clear on the facts, after Millard lumber brought a custom door to be installed that was extremely damaged, the installer noticed the problem and called the salesman out to the home. The salesman saw the damage from photos I sent to him before he came out, and still tried to make it work. After paying over $1000 for a new door, we didn't want it damaged. The salesman communicated that it would take 5 to 6 more weeks for a replacement door or he could give us a refund. Obviously, since no in stock door was offered and it's NOVEMBER in Nebraska and we can't be without a STORM door, we accepted a refund. The salesman didn't even offer to put our existing storm door back on for protection. After receiving the refund paperwork via email from the salesman, I asked him for the measurements he took, so we could purchase an in stock storm door from a big box store and HE DIDN'T RESPOND to the email. As I said before, embarrassingly low customer service.

Got hired on the 9th of November, i worked that whole week.The following week i wasn't feeling the greatest. Had to go take a covid-19 test, I took my test Tuesday, and got my results back Thursday. I was planning on going to work friday, when I found out I had to take my 7 year old daughter to take a covid-19 test before she could return back to school which is understandable. I was going through Cornerstone Staffing. Andy Henderson was the hiring manager that interviewed me on the 9th I wasn't able to come in Friday due to child care plus needing a covid-19 test for my daughter.My daughter didn't go to school all week but this whole covid deal is still a new change in life for us. Andy told Cornerstone that I was Unreliable and let me go.I've texted Andy, I've called Andy today 11/23/2020Left a voicemail also called and left voicemail for another manager there. I have a family to take care of and me following protocol left me jobless. I have no clue what I did besides follow protocol from them and followed what the school and the CDC has asked from every american.I am not pleased with Millard Lumber.
