I had an A/C unit not working. with little kids and a wife, I knew I had to get it fixed asap. Called Millard Plumbing from their ad in the Dex phone book (which fyi I'm under 30, but was the best way for good info quick even more than off my iPhone), and they came out within an hour. Not only did he get my A/C unit fixed, he also did it a lot less than what Aksarben charged my in-laws in Papillion for the same issue. In addition, AJ noticed an issue with my sump pump and fixed it FOR FREE!This was good quality service, going above an beyond what's required, for a great price, and now I have a cooler house.Thanks to Millard Plumbing for being a great local and reliable service that helped my small family! :)

Last night the fan motor died on our hvac unit in the basement. With today's high temp to be 93 and tomorrow's 102 with high humidity and our house full of family members here, the timing for a breakdown couldn't have been worse!! I called Millard Heating & Cooling, and by about 1:30 we had a new fan motor installed and cool air pumping back into our house!! We are so very grateful for their fast response and quick repair!! They happened to have the part stocked in their truck, thankfully, so it only took minutes--not hours or days-- to fix. Thank you Millard Heating & Cooling!

Called to set up an appt as my heatpump, backup furnace, and humidifier needed to be checked. Tech was on time and very polite. However the checkup didn't take very long and he was writing up a $150 invoice. We never saw him cycle to thermostat between air and heat. He said he did his "points" checks, hosed out the coils, checked all the pressures, and replaced the humidifier filter pad. Sure didn't take very long. Past service tech's usually took over an hour and a half. Being disabled I wasn't able to follow him around to watch.

I've used Millard Heating & Cooling twice. The first time went as expected with good service at a competitive price. The second time was different. They came out at the scheduled time and replaced the capacitor in my AC without confirming with me if it was okay to do at their pricing. He hands me a $275 bill which I paid since the work was done and I have no idea what a competitive price is for a capacitor. It turns out that the part is $20 and it took them 20 minutes total to diagnose and replace it. I called the owner, Chad, and politely explained that I feel like this is an incredibly high price for such a cheap and easy fix. He proceeded to go on a swearing rant, telling me to get the f*#! off the internet, and he's got professionals, bills, etc. So I got price gouged and then cussed out for mentioning it. Must be the heat.Save yourself the money and grieving and find another company.
