Millard Door Service

Just had a spring break in our garage door. I called Millard Door Service as we had used them in the past. They were at our home within an hour and had our door fixed right away. I really appreciate their prompt and knowledgeable service.

I don't do many Yelp reviews. I just happened to google Millard Door to get their phone number and saw the 1-star reviews.I sincerely do not understand the 1-star reviews. I just had Millard Door out for the 3rd time living in my current home. Once they replaced my opener that died after a number of years. This was the opener I installed when I moved in and it probably wasn't installed quite right when I looked at the bracing and I think it led to premature failure. Millard Door installed the new opener and its worked great ever since. The second time I used them I was having issues with the remotes not working. I called him and was willing to replace the opener but he was able to replace the circuit board that receives the remote signals and it has worked great ever since. Finally, just today he just left after replacing my tension springs, one of which broke a few days ago after 13 years.In all three of these cases the gentlemen was polite and professional, worked quickly and his services were priced reasonably. I would recommend him to any of my friends or coworkers.I don't doubt that the other reviewers honestly feel that their did not have a good experience but it does not reflect the multiple times I've had Millard Door do work for me.

Rude customer service. Manager got mad at me because I chose a different company due to a scheduling conflict I had. I think we are free to choose the company we want to as far as I know. Bad service.

I had Gregg install two doors for me. He installed doors but, I was missing a part so i ordered it. I paid him 350.00 at that time. Payment in full. He said he would return to complete the install when I got the parts. About a month later I received the part and I notified Gregg. He said we would be out the following Friday. He didn't show up. I called him again the next week. He said to call him Thursday to finish the instillation. He never answered the phone nor did he return the phone call. I have called him once a week for the last three weeks and he has failed to call me back. It looks like legal action will be next. I would suggest a different services provider.

This guy is a scam. Called him to fix my garage door. Came out, had it fixed; we thought. Garage door went out an hour later. Wouldnt return calls or honor his 30 day warranty. Ended up filing a claim with my credit card company to get a refund. More of a hassle then it was worth. Avoid!

Great service and fast! Our garage door spring broke and they came out the same day and fixed it within 20 minutes.

The service was very poor. The owner was always mad, whenever you asked any question. The door quality was poor

Our garage door opener spring broke this morning so we called to have someone come take a look at it. We had a repair man at our house within 30 minutes and the issue resolved less than an hour after he arrived. Excellent customer service & a fair price - ignore the negative reviews.

Run away from this place. They dont honor thier warranties then when you say fine fix it i need the door to open they say they dont think you will pay. Find a bbb accredited company. Im guessing it was the owner i was dealing with.

I don't understand the poor reviews. I've used Millard Door over the years and think they provide great customer service. I had my garage door replaced at a fair price as well as work over the years on the garage door opener. In fact, when the door was replaced, I asked about getting a new opener. The response was, the one you have is still working, leave it alone. He could have easily sold me on a new one. I appreciated his honesty.
