This was the first time I have had to call an appliance company. I was shopping around for service quotes and they were 20.00 less than other companies. When I called, the gentleman I spoke with didn't just make an appointment to come out he began asking about my washing machine and then gave me advice on how to fix it. Because of his advice not only do I have a working machine, I also have no service fee/ repair bill. This will be the only company we use!

Requied to put "a" star. It's a NO star business. Consistent with other reviews here. Charged me $50 to check in. Didn't do anything. Pretty good little racket.Much better experience with Midwest Sound & Lighting on south 50th and/or Clay's Vintage audio repair in Bellevue.

Great experience! Furnace was not working. Moved into this home 7 months ago. We have a new home warranty and tried to use their contractor. After four days with no heat in January waiting for approval for a thermostat, we decided to bail. Issue was not with contractor but with warranty company. We called Millard Appliance whose service sticker indicated they had regularly serviced the unit for the past twenty years! Ryan was here with in an hour!!! He was clean, efficient and friendly.

Service was very timely (had to wait about an hour) and the serviceman seemed friendly. But he broke a door hanger in my laundry room from which I hang out ironing board on the back of the door. No mention of that from him. He moved all kinds of stuff around in our laundry room and put none of it back, blocking our emergency exit through the garage. Won't be calling this company again.

If I could give no stars I would!!! The male who answered the phone was rude and not helpful at all!! I called about a dryer not heating, we already replaced a couple parts on our own and the dryer was still not heating. So I called this company for service.Per this man since we replaced a couple of the parts he said he will "pass" and didn't want anything to do with it. He also said he has enough work.Call a more reparable company this Company isn't about customer service.

In February I called for service on my dishwasher. When he replaced a door gasket I could barely close the door without pushing really really hard. I thought maybe it was just stiff because it was new. After a few months it was still too hard to close. I called Millard Appliance and was told I would need to talk to Ryan since he was the tech. I left a message for Ryan and never heard anything. Don't use this company. They don't stand behind their work.
