Puchased a lift chair from Jims Health Services . The sales personal did not give any insight or what would be best for my mom. They aren't very helpful and caring for the customer with lift chairs, they dont seem to ask questions for why they are looking into a lift chair. Beware they only have a 3 DAY WINDOW FOR A RETURN. Received more knowledge,care and compassion from Lincoln Mattress and Furniture, they have recliners that might serve your purposes.

Terrible customer service. Went to get parts for wheel chair they said they were ordered in december. Check in in January they forgot to order the parts they then said they'd be in February. Called to check in nobody has a clue whats going on. Went into the store no record for parts being ordered. Technician are rude, nobody in this place communicates, never return phone calls! I would avoid this place whenever possible.

I have used Jim's in the past without difficulty, but my recent experience has me looking for an alternative company. Their lack of customer service and follow-up in regards to an order for crutches was unacceptable.

I recently rented a knee walker and this is the first time needed an item in this area. I called for pricing and had a few questions. The sales person actually hung up on me before I was done with my questions, which were actually just 3, not a ridiculous amount of time was needed.

Horrible customer service. Should be renamed to Jim's Horrible Customer Service Home Health Supplies. I called with questions regarding a prescription sent to them. I dialed them 4 times, 1 time they sent me to voicemail, I left a message and no one returned my call. The other three times I called and they said they would call me back right away, no one ever called me back. Finally another place called to follow up to make sure my prescription was in the works and now I am working with the other company to get what I need. The other company calls me back and keeps me informed on what is needed and how long this will take. I knew Jim personally, he lived across the street from us for many many years. Him and his wife, Dottie built this company and now it has such a bad name. Jim's is not the same company that it was when Jim Arntzen owed it. If he were around today, he would probably make you remove his name from a company that no longer cares or takes time with their customers. So many negative comments on ratings and here is another one.
