Truly a fraud. They knew we had met our Out-Of-Pocket Maximum, so they charged our Insurance for a bunch of bogus items.

This clinic is a joke. My elderly mother has had 5 appointments scheduled for a procedure, that was approved by her insurance. They have waited until the morning of the appointments to call and tell her that they will not see her that day and that she will need to have another consult with the doctor. After having an additional consult with the doctor, they scheduled yet another appointment for the procedure. I brought in a signed approval for the procedure that day. Low and behold guess what happened? Yep, they called and cancelled that appointment also! There is a special place in h*ll for people like this. Thank goodness my mother has an advocate, unfortunately I know there are a lot of patients that they string along like this wasting money on repeated consults and not doing anything to help with their pain.

These people are the worse bunch of idiots I have ever had to deal with. They started me with suboxone upped it a few times then took one tablet a day away from me for no reason try to talk me into injection surgeries nerve burning wanted me to use a TENS unit when I have a pacemaker oxana who prescribed my medicines told me that they weren't a pill dispensary made me feel like s*** I had to stop going there because they wouldn't help me without surgery and like the other guy said I wouldn't let Dr. Baltor cut my toenails much less my back they're all in it for the money they don't know you from Adam I've had to wean myself off the Suboxone by myself I'm 62 years old they have no respect. They are rude and I am in a ton of pain I guess I'll have to deal with it by myself.

Love Dr. Deveny, but the staff definitely needs guidance. They knew nothing about medicare or how to file with them. I had to call medicare myself. I gave the info to the nurse for her to contact medicare. After she contacted them and called me back to tell me she got no where and that she was very busy and didn't have time to deal with it anymore. She is too busy??? I'm so sorry!

I have no ideas left. i meditate, pray, i do progressive muscle relaxation, controlled breathing, stretching, walking, tens unit , surgeries, injections, etc. I have never failed any tests, I'm a 64 yr old grandma, that is in so much pain, i cant, i wont

they could care less!! I'd give them 0 stars but that's not an option I got an injection that was ineffective and called (was promised a call back) because they never return calls. I was wanting something for pain relief until my next appointment. I called 3 more times because they were approaching closing time. No call back. No call on Friday either. im in so much pain I can't care for my handicapped child but they could care less!! RUN and take your business elsewhere!!

I have had so many problems with this Clinic the five years that I was there. First I was with Dr. Balter and he was the worst doctor I've ever had. He would yell at you he wouldn't ask questions. I have a bad memory, so I just remember that.I switched to Dr. Cook after that and Stephanie the PA. That's when I started liking the people I saw Dr. Cook retired and I switched insurance at that time so I really wasn't able to get procedures done for the last couple years. So just the last couple months I scheduled it and I did miss a few appointments. I will come out and say that. But that was two appointments in five years. They are trying to tell me that well you rescheduled multiple times and had to cancel appointment etc. That should not be put on the patient when they have to reschedule or cancel it to reschedule. it's not a no-show or anything like that. They literally are trying to find every little thing because they just charged me because I missed two appointments. I asked if I could pay the no-show fee and just not get any procedures anymore so I could at least see Stephanie still. Dr Kreja said no. No more medicine no more anything.Jeana was the one to call me and tell me this and let me tell you she is the rudest person. She has the worst attitude and literally will tell you well I have to get off of the phone etc. Put your patients first. Don't rush them off the phone or say you have to go. Very unprofessional. I then left two messages because I needed my records faxed before I could make an appointment to another physician. This was on Wednesday and Thursday. I called yesterday which is a Tuesday and they're trying to tell me if they didn't get either message. They have done this so many times that they just ignore and do not call back. They purposely don't answer the phone. They've done this for five years. I try to stay away from the nurses because they don't know how to do their job. There's a few that I do like tho.Be careful going to this clinic

The staff here are simply awful. They leave you on hold. They blind transfer you so you never know who you are talking to. They are rude and condescending people. Save yourself the trouble with these super unprofessional, unpleasant people and go somewhere else.

More of a salesman for spine injection than anything else. Probably looking to sell his most profitable procedure. I had to refuse several times. Wasted two hours of my time. I should find out how to report this doctor. Probably my worst experiences with any clinic.

This was the worst medical experience of my life! I only saw the doctor for 5 minutes, and in that time he insulted me twice and tried to talk me into surgery! I wouldn't let this guy cut my toenails yet alone my back or hands! He treated me this way even after receiving a glowing referral from my pain doctor back in my home state! I dealt almost exclusively with a NP, and she had a mask on and an accent that I couldn't understand! I would give them zero stars if I could!
