I called Midwest Mudjacking in October to get a void under my walkway filled and to check out my driveway. I was initially told they were very busy, as that was the end of their season, but I'd be on the calendar for Spring, which was acceptable. Several days later I got a call...they had a crew working nearby and would be able to fit me in. Great! They came out one day and filled several voids and evened up all of my walkways and driveway. They were going to caulk the next day, but was pushed a day because of snow. They used some sort of accelerator on the caulk to make it setup faster. So far, so good! Everything looks great now and hopefully will survive the winter.

Very dissatisfied. After reviewing their website to confirm the areas they covered, I called for an estimate. Was needing mudjacking for a patio and conrete caulking done for our driveway. When I called them, was told they will not make the drive. No where on their website did they state that if you lived so far that the work would need to be 1500 square feet. Their website states " We proudly service Arlington, Bellevue, Bennington, Blair, Chalco, Council Bluffs, Elkhorn, Gretna, LaVista, Loiusville, Millard, Offutt, Omaha Metro, Papillion, Plattsmouth, Ralston, Springfield. Cass, Douglas, Pottawattamie, Sarpy, Washington, Counties". I live just 10 minutes south of Louisville and in Cass County.

I contracted with Midwest to raise low areas in my driveway and adjacent walkway. Prior to that, on July 3, 2021, I took some "before" photos. They did the mudjacking July 13. A few days later I noticed that the brick facade on one side of my garage door opening was buckled outward and the mortar was cracked in a jagged line across the entire front. When I looked at my July 3 photos, there was no damage to the facade. However, when I called the damage to Midwest's attention they claimed that this was caused by "street creep" and not by anything they did. I have owned the home for more than 21 years and the concrete driveway wasn't new when I bought it, but there was no damage until just after Midwest did the lifting! Apparently "street creep" amazingly crept in between July 3 and July 13!My suggestion, if you hire Midwest, is to carefully and completely document the condition of everything before and after they do their work. Even then, as in my case, they will probably deny responsibility for any damage that they caused.

We bought a new home where the driveway had been sadly neglected. MWM did such a fantastic job rejuvenating it. I know this helped us put off installing a new driveway for many years. The team was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend them!

We used Midwest Mudjacking for both raising a section of driveway and sidewalk and also sealing all the seams. Two different crews but extremely happy with both, very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend these guys and would use them again if needed.

We have used Midwest Mudjacking three times in the past 5 or 6 years. The first time to fill a void beneath our front patio. The Midwest Mudjacking crew was very conscientious of where the patio and basement met so as to make sure that it would not go into the basement by having a spotter inside visually watching the void fill. The second time was for an addition to the width of the driveway. The project was thought out fully to include the necessary re-bar reinforcements along the entire length of the existing driveway. The third time was a void fill on our back patio whereby it was lifted seamlessly along the foundation. During this visit they also test drilled on a hollow sounding spot in the basement only to discover no void and no additional work was necessary. The Midwest Mudjacking name doesn't fully encompass the fact that these guys have extensive knowledge and experience in all things concrete that really can't be found with any other organization in Omaha.

This was a difficult and delicate job to level a concrete pad with a 200 lb pool sand filter sitting on it. My house foundation is on one side and underground PVC piping on the other. It was tilted 6 inches off of level back against my foundation in a reverse corner. Plus with all of PVC coming off the filter and pump, very little room to work. I received a fair estimate right away and the job was done quickly a few days later. They were very careful in all steps to not cause any damage and bring it up easy to do the job right. Looks great and all my pool mechanics were kept safe! Highly recommend this firm.

Pat runs a great concrete mudjacking service dedicated to quality service and provides super value for the price. He brings a well trained crew that knows their business. They have restored sunken concrete slabs, driveways, and concrete steps at my house at a small fraction of the cost to tear out and replace the concrete. Easily a five star rating!
