Located on the 2nd floor, the place has a large waiting area and is very clean. Staff seem professional, and the physician was thorough with the process. My only concern issue was the communication with the front desk staff who coordinated pick up instructions, causing a 20 minute delay with patient pickup.

The staff was helpful and polite. It takes a while to get an appointment to see a doctor, but we were able to get in very quickly to get scans and scopes. When with the doctor, he did seem genuine, but when it was determined not to be a stomach issue, I had would have hoped to have been referred to a specialist that could continue to help us determine the cause of my health issues versus just saying I don't know, go back to your primary. Obviously the primary doctor is sending us to you. That is how I ended up with a 3 ranking, had some good elements but still a little disappointed.

Extremely unprofessional and unethical. I had an issue with billing- and after speaking with the COO of the company, and her insinuating that I am a liar, I will no longer go or recommend this place to anyone I talk to. If you do use this practice, make certain to document and record any communication you have with them. I would 100% recommend seeking services elsewhere. Unless you like being on the wrong end of a few thousand dollar bill. The lack of professionalism makes one wonder about the integrity of the medical services being performed.I have read awful reviews elsewhere, and they are all true.

COMPLETELY UNPROFFESSIONAL! I have a type of liver disease that was diagnosed and immediately the doctor jumped to the conclusion that it was all my fault. Told me I had to make lifestyle changes but then never was able to tell me how to change. So how am I supposed to change? Well come another visit they realized that it wasn't my fault that I had this disease and was caused by high levels of a hormone; he never apologized and was still VERY rude. Called to switch physicians and the front office receptionist was SOOO rude it was literally unbelievable. Terrible customer service. She literally gave me so much attitude I was in shock that a professional working in medical industry was talking like that. Now that I'm reading other reviews I can see others have had similar issues. Do not go here.

I was referred to Dr McGinn by my primary physician. I had already had all the tests prior to my appointment. The entire time I was in there he was making negative remarks about primary doctors. He gave me samples and called in a prescription. The second week on this med, my entire mouth broke out in sores. I called, informed his nurse, who then had to talk to him. Her reply to me, coming from him, was that he would not give me anything else unless I repeated all tests done by a primary, because he didn't trust them. Very unethical for a doc to say. So end result was I did not get a change of meds.

Have gastritis and was given a bunch of pills that have done nothing. Have no options was just told to change my diet. No matter what I eat it hurts but this is normal to this facilities doctors.

After being advised by internist to see a gastroentologist, I called this clinic to set an appointment on a Monday morning. I had seen a doctor in this clinic 2 years ago, but explained to receptionist that I would be willing to take first available appointment. She was not very helpful, bordering on rude. She transferred me to a scheduler's voice mail for my original doctor. No call back. Called again mid afternoon. Same run-around with receptionist. She said she would again transfer me to scheduler's voice mail. Told her I had already done so, so not to bother. I was reminded that this was the same type of thing that I went through with them 2 years ago. So, I called another clinic. Immediately was scheduled, and even offered to put me on a call-if-cancellation list. Thursday morning, I received a call back from the scheduler. Three days, THREE DAYS, after my attempt to schedule an appointment. The doctor that had seen 2 years ago was fine, but the staff, then and now, is not patient friendly.
