Midlands has been taking care of my little car for over a year now - minor repairs and oil changes, and most recently, a major preventative maintenance job. They were upfront with me about what needed to be repaired, gave me specific quotes and estimates on pieces, and helped me prioritize.Andy and Luke always make sure to keep me posted on how things are going and give realistic ideas of what to expect and when. It's refreshing to have a team that is both trustworthy and extremely capable to rely on.

Follow up to my other review. I don't know if both will show up or not but here goes. I was going to get an attorney because of how bad these guys screwed me over. The ONLY reason I'm not is because my car still has a service contract and it's cheaper just to pay the deductable and get the car fixed at the Dodge Dealership. Come to find out, after reading through the emails pertaining to the problem I had with This place they 100% DID NOT fix the problem my car was having and they know they didn't. The problem was explained to myself and the place I bought my car from in detail..... And after talking to the company my service contract is through, they didn't have any of it fixed...... Although they told me the problem was fixed and about 2 weeks ago refused to do anything about it. At this point I don't know if I'm more pissed about them not taking responsibility for fixing the things they messed up while my car was in their shop..... Which they denied doing, or the fact that they lied about what needed to be done to my car and then not doing it. My advice, stay as far away from these guys as possible. Find a company where the employees use common sense when dealing with customers.

Thank you Midlands! They were able to fix what I requested, suggested required things like lightbulbs and a serpentine belt, did not try to sell me things I don't need. But the most important was I told them what was wrong with the car that I didn't want fixed and they didn't try to convince me to fix it like other local shops. Simply put, the team here is the real deal! I recently relocated from Dallas, Tx to Omaha and ran into some serious unexpected trouble with my truck. Luke, Travis and Emilee genuinely treated me like family during the entire process. They not only gave me a transparent breakdown of the must have fixes but also gave me heads up on what could be fixed later. I've never met a team so willing to help me get back on the road safely and affordably. Luke worked hard to come up with an unbelievable solution that saved me so much money - he was more concerned on saving me money and getting me back on the road safely than his own bottom line. I've had the privilege knowing a few good, honest mechanics back in TX, but Midlands Auto Repair somehow raised the bar even further with their amazing customer service, quality work and genuine willingness to help a stranger. If you are looking for someone who stands behind their product and their service, Ray and his staff are the place to take your vehicles. I have been using his repair facility for the past two years and am always satisfied with their work. It is very hard to find an honest auto repair shop especially one that only repairs things that really need service and not somebody trying to boost their profits by performing unnecessary repair work.

Over $8000 to replace dodge ram motor. Valve train issues. Came back with dents in the hood and driver fender. Fire wall insulation ripped apart and missing plastic fasteners. The smell of antifreeze since the replacement. Shorty there after, the rear end carrier bearing went out, as expected. $3600 quote, even after dropping over $8000. Replaced the axle myself for $900 in one short afternoon. No loyalty.
