Sad I cant leave 0 stars..Had extended warranty from NFM on washer dryer combo. Started claim process and told relevant folks I was going out of the country on a cruise a couple weeks later . Gail ( apparently the owner one of the owners ) called my wifes phone who was listed on the contract as a secondary contact but received no answer, likely due to us being at sea and left me a VM.. I called her back and she began to yell and berate me about how my wife needs to answer her phone, stop avoiding her and such nonsense. A week or two later I called to check on status she told me they were waiting on a part and then hung up on me !!!!! I escalated this with the insurance team so now I dont have to deal with her but everything now takes even longer,plus its been ONE ENTIRE MONTH since filing a claim and washer still isn't fixed nor has a tech been out to look at it . If possible avoid them at all costs

I was referred to this company through Lowes, As my washer was under warranty, the extended warranty that I paid extra. I contacted them and they attempted to diagnose what was wrong over the phone. I had no codes so I'm not sure how they were going to do this. It took almost a month for them to come, with the part that they believed was meeting replaced. When they did call me and tell me the part was in, I asked how they could diagnose over the phone. They told me they'd been doing it a long time and knew what they were doing. Then they were very sarcastic with me on whether I wanted somebody to come out and fix my washer. The technician that came out did so at roughly 7:30 in the morning. As much as it was not a big surprise, that was not what was wrong with the machine... However, he was very nice and knowledgeable about what he was doing. So due to shipping issues, they're not sure how long it's going to be before they can repair my machine. As far as this company, I would never use them by choice. I cannot believe that Lowe's would recommend such a place and stand behind them. I haven't even had work done yet so I can't even say I've been saying that they are satisfactory on repairs.

They eventually fixed my TV. It was a long and ugly path to get it done. Seeing that they were the Samsung Authorized repair center. I thought it would be alright. I should have known better by checking the Yelp reviews. Customer service varied from apathetic to uncaring. I had made arrangements to have my TV picked up and taken into the shop for repairs. I was given a 2 hour window for the pickup. At the end of the window, I called and was basically was told "we will get there, when we get there". When they did come. The person picking it up was apologetic and said that he was given a route without a time schedule. Having not heard from them in a couple days, I called and was told they would look at it the first of the next week. End of the following week, they called and said that a part is on order and should be arriving in about 10 days. Two weeks later, I called... part was in but technician was going on vacation for a few days. At the end of the third week. The part was ready and they scheduled a reinstallation time. Older gentlemen with a beanie came to hang TV on the wall. Turned it on and we had TV but no smart TV functions. Call to Metro TV was placed. First they said I had a "regular" TV. I reminded them that it was a 3D Plasma Smart TV. A day or two later. Metro TV called and made an appointment to have a technician come out. When he came, he apparently knew what he was doing. Placed TV on bed, pulled back off, swapped boards and connected a laptop to configure. He was done in about 40 minutes and we were back up and running. Technician gets a great rating. As far as the rest of the company- they deserve a pass. For delays, ordering wrong part and delays.

They deserve 0 stars. This is the worst warranty repair company we have ever worked with. They tried to diagnosis the problem over the phone, then came with the wrong parts, now we have to wait for the correct parts. When they were scheduled to come they were 45 minutes past their service window. At this point we are 20+ days without a washer with a family of 5. They can't tell us when the parts will be here or when it will be fixed. They originally lied to us about ordering the parts and when we called the warranty company no parts had been ordered. The customer service is horrible and unprofessional when you call.STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THEM!

They showed to my house and removed my ice maker. After it was removed the ice maker he decided to tell me that I will not have any cold water for my kitchen because he has to shut the water off. Water leaked on my wood floor. Called the service manager he could have cared less.Lacking professionalism and customer services.NFM you need to look at who you contract with regarding your appliances repair.

I had an appt with Metro to fix my refrigerator under warranty with NFM. After calling hem to confirm the appt and performing several troubleshooting steps I was assured a tech would be out the day before a holiday weekend. After not hearing anything the day of the appt, I called them to see what happened and they said no one was coming out because they didn't have the needed part. I immediately called the NFM warranty department to cancel the appt and get a new company out. Can't say that I trust they will make the appt. Part delays and scheduling changes should be communicated with the the customer.

These guys are the worst, do NOT have your equipment serviced here.My dad had a stereo he needed to repair, he is elderly and this stereo is all he has to listen to his music. They picked it up from his house and charged him $200, they have had it for 8 1/2 weeks now and still haven't touched it. They are clearly just taking advantage of a 70+yo man. He has been back to the shop or called every week with no update.When I called and asked to talk to the owner they sent me to voicemail, when I called back the man I spoke to was extremely rude and hung up on me, now they won't answer my calls. I will also file a complaint with BBB

This is the second time allstate contracted them to fix my appliance thre my extended warrenty! The customer service lady is rude! Horrible to work with sounds like she's sitting there chain smoking.... my first time with them took almost 2 months to even send someone over to do a repair... they never came!! Had to cancel and have assurian find another way.. now second time. Allstate gave me a repair time they called me and told me. Well we ain't coming that day because we have other customers there so we going to come in another day so we can make it convenient for us.... for you????? Hello who's the customer!!! @ss hole!! If I don't get them in by this week I will call my insurance and have them dropped!!

Horrible company to do business with!! If it hadn't been an extended warranty issue we would have had some other company come out to fix our samsung dishwasher!! We also had them try to diagnose the dishwasher over the phone and the Technician Tom was so rude asking me to be quite in my own home because he needed absolute quite to fix the dishwasher !! Which he is incapable of doing! If that isn't bad enough he has been out three times to fix the Leak sensor code(according to him they just don't go bad so it can't be it, before even looking at the dishwasher!) using two different part boxes and it STILL ISN"T FIXED!! Assurant home warranty needs to get a new company to do their warranty work! This place is a joke!If I could give them less of a rating I would!

Metro TV was contracted to repair my dishwasher via Assurant who holds the contract for my extended warranty. From the very beginning the staff at Metro TV was rude and disrespectful. Total repair time from opening the ticket to final resolution was 2 MONTHS! During that time there was absolutely zero communication unless I called in to check the status. During my phone calls with Gail and the office staff I was hung up on twice with no return phone call, I left multiple messages with no return call, and was directly lied to once after I called to tell them their previous repair attempt did not work. I was also told at one point that if I didn't like the service then I should call Assurant to complain. I tried escalating to Assurant to get a different repair company but was told that Metro TV was the contractor for the Omaha area. Basically Metro TV knows that the customer has no recourse to escalate issues so they treat customers terribly with no remorse. The only good thing I will say about Metro TV is that their only repair technician, Gary, is extremely professional and very nice to deal with. Gary seemed very knowledgeable and apologetic for the company issues.Do not use Metro TV unless you are looking for a company to leave you angry and frustrated!
