The service was awesome and the installers and friendly and helpful. They did not oversell me at all and I had an issue with dialing out, I took it back and they fixed it right away. I bought 2 stereos for each of my trucks and an automatic car starter for one of the trucks. And I got a great value IMHO for what I got. I've had stereos installed at the big box blue store and when I had issues, it was difficult to get help and I would have to make an appointment to come in so they could fix the issue. It was more than frustrating. I will definitely be coming back to get a DVD player installed in my big truck.

I had to have a system installed in my car and my representative was Chris and he helped tremendously and he was very easy to communicate with. He truly has made me want to come back and get more installed. Thank you very much Chris.

I just recently stopped in here to have the speakers upgraded in my Mazda Miata convertible... you can barely hear the radio when you are driving with the top down on the interstate. I was nervous going in because I know nothing about stereos and speakers- The team here made me feel extremely comfortable and took the time to answer any questions I had and explain the different products I could use. We came up with a great solution within my budget, they were able to start the work that day, and best of all they completed the job a day early. Wow! What a great experience. They even called me A few days later to ensure I was happy with the work. Great service! The best part is my car sounds amazing now!!!so glad I spent the money and took the time to stop in to Metro Audio- they made me love my car again.

Called to talk to them about an account Ray who is the manger over EVERYTHING was very rude, claimed I was another customer when he did not even know who I was. When stated I was not that customer, he continued to be unprofessional and rude. Before the call waws done for him he said to have a great day and that he loved me then set the phone down and told whoever else worked there that if this number calls call to not answer and block it! Not only are his phone manners very unprofessional, but his customer service also sucks. That company does not know how to tint windows on top of it all. I have worked for a company that had many of their customers come to use because of their fuck up and their customer service when dealing with RAY! I will be spreading the word about this!

Scammed and overcharged these guys were completely disrespectful and unprofessional the shop down the road fixed their f*** up. Save yourself time and money!

Run from this terrible, corrupt business. My sister had made an appointment to have a remote starter installed. She called back the same day to cancel because there are far better deals out there. The incredibly rude man tried to bully her into not canceling. Since she insisted on canceling, he told her he was charging her 748.00 regardless of if she keeps her appointment or not. How in the actual f@&k can he feel good about himself when he charged her 748.00 for doing nothing!!!!!! We're working on getting the funds returned but want to warn everyone that this company is corrupt, mean, and deceitful. RUN

Wanted to get my subs set up so I made a call and the guy over the phone was treating me like I was a deaf monkey that didn't understand English. Super rude and terrible customer service wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

4-26-2023 I called to purchase speaker brackets for a 2014 Equinox and was charged $30 for "BRACKETS" they over charged the hell outta me when I looked the model # or serial # whatever you want to call it, they were $10.99. I called to express my concern and was basically told oh well I just work here. I ripped off and cheated, on line or purchasing from a different store speaker brackets should be no more than $20.. SMH if they are over charging for speaker brackets I can only imagine what other services they are over charging for. DON'T DO I! buy ur stuff on line

Terrible! Came to get subwoofers. Talked with the guy and told him how much I listens to my music. He set me up with Subs and an amp. The price was ok. In 28 days the speaker blew out. They said they couldn't swap it out and it had to be upgraded. Had to upgrade the speakers and amp which cost me an extra 1,800. They also kept the amp I purchased earlier. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!

This place will ask you what you want. They will make up the invoice. You pay for what you wanted. They charge you for what you wanted and then tell you that you didn't say that when ordering. Then they call you a liar and point to the no refund policy. Absolutely the worst shop in Omaha area. I'm going now to pick up a instal kit and wire harness for $165 lol Why so much? they claim a 03 4runner is rare. then I get 260 store credit. If you have ever been you know they overprice everything almost double so most likely wont get anything and lose that money. So really paid 460 for a wire harness. Thanks Metro Audio Dynamics!!!
