the service personnel is always very nice and accommodating. I was very disappointed this time around not because of the service but because of the pricing. $1170 was our quote to replace 2 motor mounts. I ended up taking it to another reputable shop here is town that completed the repairs for $805. I expect to pay a little more at the dealership but almost $400 difference for the same repair is a bit excessive.

Totally ripped me off on a cabin air filter replacement. Up charged me over 100 % then charged me another $60.00 to put it in. Scam artists at their finest.Service manager is rude and arrogant. After this experience it will be my last with them.If I could give zero stars I would. Pissed off is an understatement.

Service date 2023-08-02 - never returning - details belowWe took our vehicle in for the works package.The shuttle driver to bring my wife home didn't use GPS. She had to give him directions. When the car was ready to be picked up, they called and were surprised they needed to come get her after having dropped her off earlier. A few minutes go by, and the driver calls to say he is here to pick her up... there is no one outside. She calls him back, turns out he went to the wrong house and is now still 15 minutes away. They need a better system for coordinating with their shuttle drivers. While the shuttle aspect is annoying and would have gotten 3 stars, the details below move it to a 1 star because there is not a lower rating.Upon return with the receipt, the works package which was the scheduled service, advertised at $74.95 ended up costing $89.09. This is the second time we have gone there and the billing has been higher than the advertised price. They know the vehicle they are servicing ahead of time, because part of scheduling the service requires the VIN. So, there shouldn't be anything unexpected, but there always is. The first time, I thought it could have been an honest mistake. Fool me once shame on me, fool me twice, shame on you.We will never return here again for service. Instead, we will choose to travel 96% farther to a different ford service center.

online sales here are terrible we were all approved and though our vehical was on its way but when I called to see what was going on ... they sold it the night before . manager was a new guy so talked to owner and he snickered and informed me cash is king . wasted a week messing around and didnt even get the truck . so dont wast scotts time or better yet dont waste your time go somewhere else . they really dont care about your or my business here....

My husband and I bought our retirement car in 2013 at McMullen Ford. After owning the car for 5 years it started to have problems. McMullen Ford was real good at fixing it at first while my husband was still alive after my husband passed away I was ignored. I called numerous times to get the car in to be serviced as it was experiencing times where it would not run and was told that they would call me when they had a spot opened to take care of my car. This went on for well over a month, I would call they would tell me they would call me when they had a spot open they never called me my car was never fixed. The car was still under warranty as we bought the extended warranty. I ended up selling the car for a very low price and buying a used car to be able to get around as the 2013 Ford fusion did not run. So buyer beware if there's something wrong with the car they sell you and they have to fix it numerous times you will get to a point where they will no longer fix it for you even if it's under warranty.

They are a bunch of thieves. Wanted to charge my grandson 2K for air conditioning service. Told him the compressor is $1300. I can buy one on Amazon for $300. Told him to cancel the service and I will order the compressor and fix it myself. I'm not the least bit surprised. Anyone who takes their car to a dealer for service is an idiot.

End of lease buy out. Called was told we could come in on Sat. Got there to find out we couldn't do it sat cause they were to busy. Called around 4pm to see if they were less busy, now we r told they don't do end of lease buy out on Sat. Made an appt for 5:30pm got there n the finance guy dint know we were coming. He seen us n told us he couldn't help us, fill out the paperwork on line, come back tomorrow. Totally did not want to help us! Wanted to know why I was upset. What kind of business n employees don't notify each other abt policy. The finance guy said he couldn't get us financed, the banks were closed, but tomorrow he could get it done. NO, we made an appt, help us now. He wouldn't, so we left McMullen (nvr to return) went to Woodhouse Ford everything was done right then n there. McMullen can stick their business up their asses!! Nvr buy from this company ever!!!
