Marion Tire Pros

Unfortunately, we had a flat tire this morning and needed a quick fix. We happened to be in the area of Marion Tire and decided to work on way over there. The guy at the front was very nice and easy to work with. We got back on the road in about 2 hours at a fair price. I cannot thank Marion Tire enough. I recommend.

I've been going to and sending frends to marion for quite some time. His prices are very competitive if not better than others but what I like the most is NO BS, IE; you need shocks, alignment etc. Not at Marion, Just TIRES

I have purchased tires from them twice and Joe is really easy to work with. I have some 215 40r18 tires so they don't usually have any on hand so orders them and takes a day or two. Tire price very reasonable. Having them put on usually takes 30 min or less depending on how busy they are.

The go-to place for all things tires. Terrific staff. Very knowledgeable and keen to fix your tires right.

Let me first say that if you want new tires, you *can*, of course, get them here. IF, however, you want to feel valued, connect with the proprietor, or experience b average customer service, look elsewhere. I got more love from Discount Tire than here. Marion sold me good tires at a good price earlier this year, and within a week one blew, and I was charged a mounting fee to replace it under warranty. Then, recently, I got a flat and hoped for a good rate (or even some recognition when I called), but instead was told by the owner that one would be $19.95. Discount repaired two for free. (Some months later...)Before you read on it should be stated that I expect everyone in customer service to be Neecy from Reno 911. Having said that, I'm still a bit disappointed at Marion Tire. I will only state the facts, with perhaps an allusion to a funny segway, just for a moment. Returned to Marion Tire within a year of purchase (set of 4) with a sidewall injury. Joe kindly indicates I may be under warranty. I have to check my receipt (because there are no computer records) and do so; seems Conti will cover all but 'applicable taxes'. When I return the tire is ready to be installed - quick, and as promised - but Joe mumbles something about charging me for mount and balance; I protest. He takes the warranty form from me, turns away, and discusses with the team, then the ladies of said team relent and I will be charged nothing. I state to Joe I was inappropriately charged mount and balance fees last time I came in (for a pothole.). He remembers: 'when you broke the tire?' Then, repeats the harsh accusation. Does anyone else 'break tires' or just experience road hazards? When without malice, it seems like the latter. Now for the funny: I got the strongest reminder of the song Every Sperm is Sacred as Joe tried to pin on me the damage to his beloved rubber. And in Daddy's Home 2, 'Did you go tee-tee in your bed.' No, Joe, I hit a pothole under the snow at 15mph. 'I can't credit you; it's done.' He asserts. I must say that the matriarch of the team, Sue, is very nice to deal with. I'll keep hoping for Neecy.

I was prepared to leave my car for the day to repair a tire with a slow leak. Instead they go t it in and fixed it in one hour. The tire tech told me it was leaking around the tire monitoring valve stem and instead of replacing it ($60) he rebuilt it for $20! I will always go here for my tires from now on. Revised, read on...If you take your car here, check the lug nuts before you leave!I noticed a thumping noise from the tire that they repaired. I soon realized three of the four lug nuts were loose enough to turn by hand!! That is dangerous. I took it back to them and all Joe did was tighten the nuts by hand. Did not use an air wrench. Did not even jack it up to do so. I was expecting they would at least check my wheel for damage. Got a mumbled apology. Not sure I would go back. Too bad as they are nice people.

Always does great work. Fast and efficient. Have been going to Marian's since 1985. Reasonably priced. Would recommend over any tire store in town.

Always honest, no flash spot on get you fixed up and on your way. Have bought tires there and several patches. Won't go anywhere else.

Fast, reason and reliable. Came in to replace tires, only had me replace me 3 as I still had 1 good tire. Got in right away and my can runs and feels great.
