Amazing workers, so kind and sweet. They ask you all the questions and make sure that they have everything written down for alterations. It was only $600 to get a vintage ball gown customized for me and to get the bustles done. They also did my other dress alterations for only $60. Both were done within 3 weeks! Amazing and fast!!

Following my review, Younghi followed up with me when she her I was dissatisfied. She messaged me personally to apologize. After our conversation she offered to clean and box up my wedding dress at a discount. She gave me an appropriate timeframe and called when the dress was done. This last experience working with Younghi was 100% better and I will try Maple Tailors again in the future.

I love this place. I take all my daughters homecoming dresses here and every time come out perfect and sometimes in crunch time.

Took them 2 days to have 1 dress shirt dry cleaned. When I picked the shirt up it had black human hair all over it. My money was refunded, and they let me use a lent roller.

I took 2 of my leather purses to them to repair. The stitching on the strap of one of my purses was coming apart and there was a tear in the lining of the other. They did an excellent job!! It only took a week for the repair which was super fast. The lady who helped me was as sweet as can be. I didn't know how much I would be charged for the repairs but was pleasantly surprised because it was relatively inexpensive. Well worth the cost. I highly recommend Maple Tailors & Cleaners if you need a repair.

As a customer for more than 30 years, I have used Maple Tailors and Cleaners for alterations as well as dry cleaning. The quality and customer service is excellent and the work is completed in a timely fashion. The prices are very reasonable and I will continue to be a customer as well as recommend them to others.

I was recently in Omaha needed alterations went to Maple Tailors and Cleaners. She did a beautiful job taking in the sides of my dress. I highly recommend them. I wish she was in my city.

I have been a customer of Maple Tailor and Cleaners for several years. I use them primarily for dry cleaning, but have also used their alteration services. Younghi is friendly and professional, and I am always happy with the results. I highly recommend!

No stars. DO NOT USE. I can't trust them to launder or tailor clothing if they can't figure out the days of the week. If you read their hours sign on their door or listen to their voice mail message, they reference 2 Tuesdays and nothing about a day we all call Sunday. The hours on the Tuesday (the one that follows Monday) has different hours than the other Tuesday that comes either before or after Saturday. Their voice mail message says the same thing. Patronizing a business that knows the days of a week should be everyone's most basic requirement when selecting a tailor/cleaners or any other service.

I have been going to Maple Tailor & Cleaners for years! I have to have almost every single pair of pants hemmed. The workmanship is fantastic! I have all my alternations done here along with my dry cleaning. The prices are very reasonable and the turn around time is too!
