Malashock's Jewelry

This place is amazing and if/when I buy another Rolex it will be from then. Here's why they are so great. I came into town; never bought my Rolex from them and was nearing the end of the service warranty after buying it new, and the ladies in here worked it so that I can get work done on my Rolex under the factory warranty. All at no cost to me. They really care about what they do and they'll help you even if you haven't spent a bunch money with them. A very loyal organization that is lacking in today's businesses.

Just had a very pleasant experience. I used to frequent a mom and pop jewelry repair shop before they went out of business. I have had batteries replaced at Malashocks before, but never any repairs. I had some problems with a bent pin and link. I was in and out, free of charge. I didn't even buy the watch there. That's what gets people to come back. Brat

I recently moved to Omaha and visited Malashocks to have a band resized on an automatic watch. It was a very positive experience.Even though I didn't purchase the watch at Malashocks, the woman who helped me, Sara, graciously refused any payment for the adjustment, which involved trying three different band modifications.I will go back to look at the estate jewelry on display. There were some interesting pieces.

While I decided to not make my watch purchase here I must say the owner (Deb) and the sales associate (Sarah) were both very polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to go back here again when the need arises.

Actually, I don't purchase much jewelry, but when I do I think first (and only) of Malashocks. I've found everyone there to be so kind, and not at all intimidating. Mr. Malashock -- both senior and the younger are friendly and helpful. I call this "my" jewelry store!

This review is several years in the making. A couple of high end timepieces sold to me over a couple of decades, by the same guy...Jay. This person, along with his family, have the knowledge, know how, selection and just plain good customer experience. My last purchase there was a Rolex Airking. Price was excellent along with the chance of a deal that made it equally appealing. Jay took time to explain all the details of the timepiece and set it up so it was comfortable and right prior to walking out. As I said earlier, this wasn't my first timepiece purchased here. Each time the experience was the same....perfection. Jay has always helped me and his Dad was always there to validate the experience. Unfortunately the store has severed ties with Rolex, but not to be deterred the store has so much more to offer. Stop in a marvel at beautiful pieces of jewelry. Timepieces that will amaze and my friend Jay. A wonderful place for a heritage piece for the family.

Get Outlook for iOSI purchased a used engagement ring online from another source knowing full well that it was a risk. That being said, I brought my ring to be resized at Malashocks because I was amazed by the reviews. We took the ring in and the customer service was great. The people were very nice. They got the ring back to me very quickly and it fit great. I was very satisfied. Until one of the tiny diamonds fell off two weeks later!!! I wasn't too concerned because I knew it could be fixed. So I took it into a different jewelry store and they informed me that several of the other small diamonds were also loose. It seems like the jeweler at Malashocks did not do her/his job very well. All reputable Jewelers tighten ALL of the settings on a ring when they resize them because otherwise there is a risk that the stones will fall out. When I took the ring in for the second time the jeweler looked at the ring under a microscope and it appears that literally half of the settings are not set correctly!!! I do not recommend this jewelry store because it does not appear that the jeweler does their job completely. Very dissatisfied!

Based on recommendations I stopped here to have a the bracelet on my watch properly sized. Walked in, greeted nicely, then asked what they could do for me. I asked to have the bracelet on my (very nice)watch sized. Without asking my name or if I was a regular customer they simply asked if it was one of their watches, when I said no I was told that they only work on "their watches". If you are considering doing business here, some advice, before establishing a relationship with them check their service and see if they care for customers after the sale and care for them based on their value as a customer. For Malashocks, its fairly easy to ask someone's name and determine if they are a returning customer and service them as they need. Remember it is a lot easier to retain a customer than gain a new one; also remember that a customer's value is not based on a single transaction but on the value brought by a continued relationship. You have lost my business. Not everyone who comes in will buy a $1000.00 watch on each visit, but with this sort of treatment, they will never return.

We have gone to Malashocks's for over 25 years and would never go anywhere else for our jewelry and watch needs! Everyone from the Malashock family to Sarah and Susie are knowledgeable, friendly and will give you the time needed to make your purchase perfect! They are so honest and caring that I cannot imagine another store coming close to offering all that the Malashocks store does! Go there and you will not regret your purchase or time spent there!
