Majesty Nails & Spa

We were walk ins who were accommodated today.They were very decent about it. We.did have to wait a little but we were serviced. Pro tip: they have a website that has those automated reservations. That no longer works. We were sitting and waiting when three ladies walked in and they had made their reservations with that. Well, that no longer works and they haven't been working for two years. So please don't make your reservations with that. That said, they have a lot of parking lots available outside the nail spa. They have a variety of nail colours, and the styles available. They have two rows set up with massage chairs for pedicures and one side for manicures. They were super gentle. And I had wonderful colours and patterns for my nails done. I love them!!!

I go here to get my nails done every time. The price is the same each time as I do the same thing each time.. however, in the past, i've noticed that was the case at all nail salons; they would charge you whatever they felt. LOVE majesty nails:-)

I can not stress how much I love this place. I've been to a couple other places around town that are cheaper but they have poor quality and horrible customer service. I always stick to shellac manicure and regular polish pedi and they always do an amazing job! I've had almost everyone work on me at least once and they always understand what I want. I've also never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated. I love this place!

I have been coming to Majesty nails for three years now and I never regret coming here. It is always clean and accommodating. Lee and Bell are the people that work on my nails most frequently and I would like to say that they are very very good at their job

I have been coming to the salon for many years now, and recently I've not been very impressed with their service. Today I went in to get an acrylic overlay over my natural nail after the SNS dip powder manicure that I had gotten done recently buy them had shipped within a week. I asked for my nails to be filed round, and received square and was told that they couldn't be done around because my nails were too short. The acrylics that first looks great but once she got to filing some of the edges became rough and not Street. The shellac that she put on afterwards was very streaky and bled into my cuticle in a few areas. After being shown the color swatches, pointing to the one I wanted, and telling her the number, she brought the wrong color TWICE and I ended up setting because I could even remember what I chose in the first place. After I got done there was leftover acrylic on my hands and I have had to pick off and sound that won't come off but I imagine well once I scrub in the shower. I will be looking for a new place.

They did a great job with my dip manicure! My nails looked fantastic and lasted a long time.

My toe nails were a total mess after being painted at this salon. I had to wait for a very long time for service and once it was completed I was not given the opportunity to be placed under a drier. When I reached my vehicle, I looked at my nails and they were a mess! The paint was a complete wreck on my right foot. They look awful. I don't plan on going back and would never recommend this salon. I should have gone back in and asked to have them redone but I needed to take my granddaughters home.

Had scheduled appt and was told to come back 2hrs later. I ran some errands and returned to be told still busy, but wanted to service a walk-in party of 4 behind me. I voiced my displeasure. Because the walk-ins left, I was able to get my scheduled pedicure. I used my Mother's Day gift certificate, but will NEVER be back. Maybe "I" don't understand the "scheduled appointment" concept...

I always have the absolute best service here. My nails always look amazing! Lee and her stuff are wonderful!
