The service here is amazing! This is my go to for gifts, fine jewelry and yes guns! I am a last minute shopper and love to shop local. I can walk in, pick something and walk out with a wrapped gift! Everything is very high quality, and it is a lovely relaxing shopping experience.

We went here to buy my engagement ring thinking, we should support our local business. I took it back to be resized about a month after I got it. It took a week to come back to me and found out that they don't do the work in shop. Ok, I guess, whatever. I go to pick it up and I can't get the ring on my finger. It was sized to 7&1/4 not 7&1/2. No apologies that it was sized wrong, just that we have to send it back and it will be another week. I go to pick it up the second time and you can clearly see a flaw in the band where they resized. You could feel it. Again, no apologies. Instead my boyfriend, who was talking to the owner, who got the ring out for us, was accused of yelling at him. Even when he wasn't talking he accused him of yelling and when I said he wasn't even saying anything, he said it was the smirk on his face. I couldn't believe the "customer service" we were getting! It was like we we were the in the wrong to be upset for 1. When my ring was sized wrong and 2. When you could clearly see the ring band had a flaw from resizing. This was absolutely the worst experience! I got my ring fixed, (it took another week)but I will never go back here again. Horrible customer service!

The lady sales staff were polite and helpful as I entered. I proceeded to shop for a handgun. I talked with the firearms sales person and when I was talking with him, he did not give me his full attention and was reading other job tickets while I was looking over the pistol. He did not appear like he was interested in my business. I'll visit one more time to see if he provides better service. If not, I'll tell my friends to shop elsewhere.

The owner and his family are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a cool shop, jewelry, super cute home decor. I really enjoyed the store. I sold some of my mother-in-laws jewelry, and felt comfortable enough to leave it there to be appraised. The owner has a really cool machine that tells him what the stats of the metal and gemstones. I highly recommend the store.

I was needing to get my necklace repaired. The clap had broken. The necklace charm was my mothers thumb print (she passed away this year). The necklace is obviously very special to me. The very compassionate staff picked up on how precious this was to me and expedited the repair and were very caring when I was back to pick it up. I will not hesitate to shop there again. Great prices, excellent service, wonderful caring people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
