Maid to Please took advantage of my elderly mother. Charged $350 for a three hour "deep" clean. However, upon inspection, they did not clean anything. Maybe vacuumed and dusted around my mom. But otherwise, they did nothing. I have pictures to prove it. And, I am writing to recommended that if you are evaluating whether to use Maid to Please that you should look elsewhere.

We hosted a neighborhood party and Maid to Please was provided to clean prior to the party. They were awesome. They moved furniture, cleaned baseboards, cleaned between cushions. And, they were pleasant and professional. I would absolutely use them again.

Always a professional crew that comes in....is always great to come home to a freshly cleaned house. They even threw a few rugs in the laundry for me (on several occasions). They take out the trash if full, have done some general pick up too as part of the cleaning. Only have them in once a month and i do the remainder of the month, but they do awesome work, very flexible on scheduling, good communication about any changes in the schedule and always follow up. Great company!

Lack of communication from management. I take care of my 95 year old mother in her home. Maid to Please had said I would have the same crew each time, they were scheduled to clean twice a week. This worked out great for the first few months then they had a crew change. I called to make sure this crew would stay the same. Management said yes. The new crew learned what needed to be done and again worked out fine. Then there was another crew change. I called management again and asked about the crew change. She said my crew was unavailable so she sent a substitute. I wish she would have called to let me know they were sending a different crew. The new crew did not know our schedule and missed or skipped some things. She didn't offer any apology for not calling to let me know of the change. I felt cast aside. She offered to have them come back again to clean the things they missed but I was out of patience.
