They replaced a part two years ago on the exhaust system. The warranty had expired two months ago. They replaced this same item at no charge to me even though the warranty had expired. That was very nice of them to do that, many companies may not have done that.

I went in and spoke to Jeremy about an air conditioner problem. I told him the make model and year and asked for a ballpark price on a compressor replacement. He told me it depends on the make model and year and couldn't even discuss it further without an $80- $100 diagnostic. AITA?

Scammers. Would not do a simple wheel alignment without a $70 whole vehicle inspection that they apply if alignment can be done. So of course they found stuff wrong and would not complete without extra repairs. Complete BS. Drove it straight to Brakes Plus a couple blocks away and they did it with no issue. Paid this joke place $78 for absolutely nothing to get my keys back. Beware

The guy that answered the phone couldn't quote a simple muffler replacement without having me bring the car all the way down there. Every other shop, including the dealer, was able to give me a quote over the phone. It sucks to call a repair shop and feel like you're talking to a used car salesman. If they're too scared to tell you the price over the phone, they're probably going to be too high in price.

Had an aftermarket exhaust I wanted to swap out for my factory exhaust again. Quoted me over $800 dollars for just labor. Wouldn't recommend, got it done at another shop for $80 and they even welded it.

in July they repaired my car and had no complaints. Fast forward to October and it's a different story. my car was having the same exact issue as in July. They told me I would need to go to the dealer to find out the underlying problem. ok fine. my engine light is now on but was not when I dropped it off. I go back inside and they tell me I have to go to a dealer to find out what the issue is. I get my car back on Friday, that night my radio and ac/ heater lights don't work. They finally turned on on Saturday. Sunday I tried using the heater and it doesn't work. they check it out and now they want $600 to fix my HVAC blower. Nope, not happening. I pick up the car and have to return because they didn't have everything put back together. what a joke they are.don't waste your time or money here.

I had to get my muffler replaced. I got a call that I needed a power steering fluid flush and brakes. I had the power steering pump replaced a month before I needed muffler service, obviously didn't need service. The counter guy went to check and blamed it on the technician. Caught in an upsell. Then my daughter had her van in the shop for weeks to replace an engine after they charged her for a starter. One week after they finally finished the van it totally dies on the road. I'm sure nobody I know will ever use this place; it should be shut down.

Honest, trustworthy & skilled. My husband prefers Mad Hatter over all others. They have worked on our cars for many years now. Just recently my son's car started making a rattling noise. We took it to Mad Hatter. Jeremy inspected the car. He was very honest and told me that my son's car was not worth what it would cost to fix. Jeremy did not charge me. We had Carvana take the car away. I appreciate Jeremy's honesty. He saved my family so much in the long run. Jeremy is smart and skilled in his craft. Definitely recommend!
