Jack Putnam and friends; money-starved gremlins desperate to scam young adults out of "front calipers hoses hard lines ABS module/master cylinder booster exhaust system would need catback exhaust, hardware missing from multiple engine mounts and various other components repairs would exceed $10,000" when all was needed was brake work, to check the exhaust and add a resonator. What?? Do you owe the mafia money or something?? Why would you tell us this, especially in THIS economy???? Is this some sort of sick joke??

We had our truck diagnosed with them and they said that the vacuum pump needed replaced so after $976 it's still was doing the exact same thing so I took it back then they tried to tell me that the turbo boosters needed replaced... and that the vacuum pump was fine but our truck does not have any symptoms of bad turbo boosters they just didn't want to redo the job because it's a lot of Labor so no we will never go back there again now we got to try and get it fixed somewhere else and we got burnt for a thousand bucks....smh

My go to guy, Tim at Bluffs Affordable retired and they took over for his shop. I was hesitant at first because he's the only guy I've taken our cars to for a decade, but what can you do? They really went out of their way to get me in and help me as a customer and I appreciated it so much. They were professional and friendly. They kept fantastic communication with me, both by calling me on the phone and telling me what they found, what needed to be done, price, etc. but also by documenting everything with pictures that they texted me with a full explanation of what everything was, what I was looking at, what they did do, what wasn't done, etc. It was quite thorough. A couple of days after my repair was done they texted me to check on the car and make sure I was satisfied with the work they did, and that my car was running like it should. I've never had any car repair place do that. Outstanding! I should also mention that they have loaner vehicles that you can use if you need while yours is being repaired. That takes so much of the stress out of not having a vehicle while your car is in the shop. They will also drop you back home if you need it and don't want a loaner car when you take your vehicle to them for service. If you need them to pick you up when your vehicle is ready, they will do that as well. I am so glad that they convinced me to give them a try and I will certainly be using them again in the future!

First time I've been there since Dennis retired. Always had a good experience . Not this time. They used larger -than- stock exhaust pipe and resonator, routed it too low and took a couple inches off of my already low ground clearance. They raised it 1/4 inch by bending the hangers, but that's all they'd do. $450 for a slapped together cat back exhaust that can't fit over a speed bump. Never going back

Took my daughter's truck up there to get it fixed. It sounded great eight months ago when they worked on the exhaust. It was loud like they wanted. All the mufflers and pipes broke off. So they had to redo the work. Does not even sound like it did when they left with it eight months ago. The manager Dennis was a jerk very unprofessional. Will never recommend these guys to anybody.

No complaint about the work but not happy with the over 6% charge for shop supplies amounting to over $63.00. Add to the nickle and diming a diagnostic 1 hour charge of $218.00. Are we just a bank for the post pandemic businesses? Watch out for the handouts.

Never had a problem with Corey and his people until I brought my vehicle to him and was quoted literally over 3 thousand dollars instead of being told he didn't feel like doing the work.... Claimed I "definitely" had broken bolts and would need "at least one" new exhaust manifold.... Well needless to say, he had lied, and there were no broken bolts... and no new exhaust manifold was needed... I will never recommend this clown to anyone again. I didn't know you could get so busy in your work that you're running off return customers who have been coming to your business for the better part of a decade.

offers tire repair online but when I call they say they don't offer any tire services , what a joke

First of my brother had his truck worked on there abd they didn't pit antifreeze back in it and burnt up the turbo then it blue two hoses and then they put back brakw pads on and didn't tighten the lug nuts upso the wheel almost came off and broke two lugs off and the manger wont answer his phone to try to make it right and i just stop in there and talk to a manger and when i was leaving they were lookin at me and laughing like it was funny that they are bad mechanics not a place where i would ever think of going back to or recommend
