Bob is the nicest guy! We always take our cars here because they won't jerk you around. They are honest with you and will look at your car before doing anything. I was ready to buy new tires because I had a leak with patch already on it (done elsewhere). He called me and said there was some corrosion around the tire well and that was making the tire leak. They fixed it right up AND noticed I had a sensor out so they replaced that also. Saved me big money. They are the best!

I pulled in with a mostly flat tire at 5pm. They had me out of there at 5:24pm. No appt. They were super helpful, offered me both new and used tires and repaired my other tire. I will definitely be back anytime I need tires. Amazing service and very fair pricing.

I own 3 cars total, 2 older cars that my sons drive and my 5 year old Subaru that I've only ever taken to the dealership or Jensen. I started taking my vehicles to Lyle's after a friend of mine recommended them. One of the vehicles (2007 Jeep Commander) has been in and out of their shop for the same reason. The first trip cost me $700, second $50, third $0 (nothing found.) I have been blaming the many trips on the fact that the car is old and my son is probably rough on it. The other vehicle (2002 Honda Accord) I bought from a friend, had a flat and needed a balance, a week or so after the car got out of the shop, we noticed a couple of lug nuts were missing and checked the rest, some were finger tight, a couple were cross threaded. I let that one go since my son had been driving it, I thought maybe he did something. The final straw came when I took my 2016 Subaru to them. Last Saturday, I had to make an emergency 500 mile trip due to a death in the family. I called Lyle's and asked them to change the oil and check everything out to make sure it's ready to safely go the 1000 mile round trip. They assured me they would handle it. I sent my nephew with my car and payment. I drove it later that evening and noticed my breaks were not right, took it to my brother in law's house and found that the brake pads were almost all the way worn down. Not only did they not check that, they failed to replace some nuts and bolts and didn't replace the cover to the oil filter. I made a call the next week, as soon as I returned assuming that they would make it right. Instead, I got a slightly rude, unapologetic man who informed me that I could bring it down for them to 'look at' but there's no reason they would have done that. After it became very clear he fully intended to pass the buck, I assured him that, not only would I not bring my Subaru back for them pass the buck, I will never bring any of my vehicles back to them. I understand mistakes happen, we're human. All I wanted was an apology and for them to make it right. Where's is the customer service? He didn't even say sorry for my loss, that seems like common courtesy. I will go back to Jensen for my vehicles.

I had to make an emergency run to Lyle's a few weekend mornings ago to patch a tire.I had a nail in my tire that needed to be fixed ASAP since I was trying to sell the vehicle that the tire was attached to. I noticed the tire was leaking the night before so I called a couple places that night and they were booked up the following morning. So I just drove to Lyle's hoping that they could patch it up in a decent amount of time.I walked in, told the guy what was going on and they patched it in less than 15 minutes!! It was awesome. I thought I was going to be there forever but no, they definitely helped me out.All in all, if I have any issues with my tires or need some new tires, Lyle's will be the first place I go to.

We have been loyal customers for 14+ years. I recently had a tire patch and tire rotation on my F-150. Lyle's has always been my "go to" shop this type of service. The truck has 40k miles and only had the wheels removed by Lyle's on two occasions. Patch job and tire rotation was completed and I drove away a satisfied customer. Two weeks after the service I had two lug nuts fly off on I80 West by 24th street in Council Bluffs. Upon further inspection the rim had noticeable damage (dents and gouges) and several other Lugnuts were dented and rounded off by the impact wrenches used at Lyle's. There were a couple of other lugs that needed tightening as well. They were finger loose. FYI the damaged wheel was also the tire I had patched and was frequently putting air in. There was no damage prior to service. While I was at work, my wife reported the situation to Lyle's and spoke directly to Bob at his place of business. He mentioned they've had this problem with the newer Ford pickups lug nuts and said this should have been brought to our attention before we left the day of service. My wife showed him the pictures of the damaged wheel and and he insisted we bring the vehicle in on Monday morning so that he might be able to make this right. We dropped the vehicle off and he called a couple of hours later stating he could replace all of my factory lug nuts at $4.25 a piece. (That's six lug nuts per tire and at $25.50 per tire. For a total of $102, not including tax or any labor charges.) as for the damage, there is nothing he can do. Not sure how charging me for more service is making the situation any better. He could have replaced all of the lug nuts and apologized for the inconvenience and potentially dangerous outcome for this type of negligence. I'm fully capable purchasing and replacing my own lug nuts. I don't need to pay someone to do that. In the end they replaced the lug nuts on that wheel and one on another at no charge. I'm left with a damaged rim and a mixture of lug nuts on my pickup. I can't prove that the damage occurred at their shop, but this was the only wheel with damage and it's the same one they broke down to patch the leak. Shame on me for not taking before and after pictures.

We were driving through and stopped at a convenience store for a break when my SO noticed a nail in the tire. We were directed to Lyle's and got there an hour and a half before closing. They didn't BS us, fit us in quickly, and patched the tire at a very reasonable price. We also decided to change our key fob batteries out as they were low. Quick and super low price! They did a great job, treated us well, and gave us some laughs. Thanks!

I was driving from Minnesota to Colorado Springs when my tire was punctured by a large screw, it was late afternoon and getting dark, I called Lyle's at 4pm and they had me come right over and took care of it for me by 530pm even though it was quite busy and had me on my way. Their courteous and professional service saved me hours of distress. Thank you!Annie K. Colorado Springs, CO
