I had a small $1700 job done on my front porch and sidewalk. Beautiful job. Asked Steve how much to maintain. He said for epoxy sealer, $200 every 2-3 years. Called after 3rd year, $400 minimum. Okay, so I had it done. His brother did it and said it was a better epoxy that would last longer. 1 year and it was a dull POS. I found a guy that does a 3 step epoxy and my stone looks like new after 3 years. The initial product is good, but Steve is very misleading.

Steve & crew installed the Lusterstone surface in my two car garage after years of painting and stripping, painting and stripping the surface. This product is as good as advertised! His crew was quick and professional. They did a really nice job and the floor is holding up well. I get many compliments on it! I accidentally spilled some paint on it and they promptly came out and repaired/replaced the stained section for a reasonable price. Recently, I had them install the surface on my front steps and sidewalk. It appeared to be a fairly challenging install but again, it looks tremendous! It has added a ton of curb appeal to my home.

Lusterstone to the rescue! When we moved into our house (built in 1976) the garage floor and front walkway were in bad shape. We made several attempts to patch/paint, but nothing worked. We contacted Steve at Lusterstone who showed us some sample. The work crew was efficient and professional. Four years later, the finish looks like new. Its durable and easy to clean. Lusterstone is one of the best investments we ever made.

My husband and I were considering putting Steve Myers' Lusterstone on upper pool deck, steps, and lower pool deck around our in-ground pool. We signed a contract and wrote a check for the $1,000 down payment. Then we found out that a friend who lives in another town had a very negative experience with the product and Steve Myers' customer service. That added to a 42 percent customer satisfaction rate (see 5 BBB reviews, all good and 7 Google reviews on Lusterstone website, all bad) forced us to ask for a refund, which Steve promptly denied by citing a "3-day in writing" recision provision stated on the contract. Between the time we signed the contract and the time we asked for a refund, he frequently contended he answered text messages when he did not, his voicemail box was always full, he could not be found at his place of business, and he did not answer phone calls from my numbers or my husband's number; but he did read my emails and pick up a certified letter we sent, so he knew we were proposing a resolution to our differences. Ultimately, we suggested he use the $1,000 to put Lusterstone on our front porch at no additional cost. With no explanation, Steve informed us that was not acceptable resolution and stopped all contact with us. We are in the process of filing complaints, but at this time we have no resolution. BEWARE. Steve is charming and a good salesman. He will sell his product as well as any salesman can sell a bald man a comb; but reviews on his website will tell you his customer service for the product stinks, and if you decide you do not want to use his product he will hang up on you, refuse to talk to you, and in short ignore you. Be very, very cautious of entering into any business arrangement with this man or his company.
