My workplace recently started stocking and selling these local Lunch Box sandwiches and salads and they've been popular for a quick, convenient, low cost, and most importantly tasty lunch option. I personally have tried the Reuben, pastrami & swiss, and chicken salad so far and find them to be very satisfactory, especially when they're really fresh and you have the appropriate condiments such as mustard, mayo or dressing. The company's website indicate that they are sold at A.B.'s 66 in Dundee, Crane Coffee shops, most Bucky's and Kwik Shops as well at U-Stops in Lincoln. I notice also that with 72 hours advance notice, they can also prepare box lunches for groups that include a premium sandwich, bag of chips, side salad, cookie, utensils and condiments. This might be a good catering option! Prices and delivery service details found at their website.
