Two issues could have been handled better by the showroom with my business. I ordered furniture for my new home in Goodyear Arizona on Labor day (September 7) from Omaha (Regency showroom). Everything was on time with the completion of my home AT THAT TIME Since the home's start was being constructed since the late April time frame, the track record for completion was well expected to be ON TIME. It did not look like anything would get delayed with the completion of the home so the timing with ordering of LoveSac furniture and the completion of my LoveSac furniture order seemed timely and appropriate. I did mention to Shawn that there was A POSSIBILITY that something unexpected could cause a delay with the completion of the home. He said there was nothing he could do once payment was accepted should that occur. Needless to say, due to the COVID pandemic, an unexpected delay on the completion of the home DID occur. Again, approaching the showroom and Shawn, he was unable to help me or provide an alternative. I just needed a delay of 8 DAYS until I could close on my new home before the new furniture could be delivered. The Regency showroom didn't even mention that there was a CUSTOMER CARE organization within LoveSac that I could call and receive help with my issue. Luckily, I called and found a person by the name of Angelo. He has been immensely helpful. Angelo's plan is to move the completed furniture to a Scottsdale Arizona showroom until closing on my new home is completed AND THEN have FedEx deliver the furniture to my new home. The Regency showroom needs to remember that this is AN OPTION for future customers with a similar situation as mine. To a lesser extent (issue), I thought it was unusual that payment for the furniture order could only be taken with a credit or debit card. I was able to get around this limitation with increasing the limit on my debit card for a single day with my financial institution. The LoveSac company (and showrooms) need to realize that not everybody has a high credit or debit card limit. While quality of the product is high and what attracted me to LoveSac, the furniture is quite "pricey" compared to similar competitors. The limited payment methods need to be mentioned VERY EARLY on in a potential sale so that a customer is not surprised and can make appropriate arrangements at the appropriate time of ordering. I indicated my interest back in February 2020 and received an estimate at that time so I knew an approximate amount. I was expecting to pay by way of a check from my financial institution. It would have been nice to know of these limited options sooner.
