This box should be wrapped in plastic which is folded and sealed on the sides. No wrapping

This site is great if you are a customer who spends a ton of money and never has issues with your orders. I once ordered a back-ordered product that I thought would arrive in a couple of months (because that's what their website said at the time of purchase) and ended up taking half a year to fulfill - which I chalked up to vendor issues, but I think Lovelyskin could have handled the whole issue from the get-go better.What broke the camel's back was when I contacted their customer service regarding a purchase asking if something could be done about pricing. I had purchased something during a sale for 20% off and then it went on some early cyber sale 8 days after my purchase for an even bigger discount of 30%. I had spent $150 in that one purchase alone, a 10% difference isn't chump change. The only reason I'd even found out is because I ran out of something else unexpectedly and was going to place another order and saw the new early cyber pricing on their homepage.I thought maybe a store credit or some points could be a possibility as I'd been a pretty good customer for a year now, but not only were they not helpful, but I found their CS Manager condescending.So if you're a customer who buys stuff and never complains, they're great LOL. I always think you can learn a lot about a company by the way they respond to their customers' reviews - take a look for yourself on here.

I have been a customer for years. I do recommend them for the great product selection, discounts and samples. BUT, The company has changed since they got bigger. They used to always deliver in 2-3 days, now it's always 5 or more days. They've changed the wording to "2-3 day delivery on "most" deliveries but that's not true. Every delivery now takes much longer. Customer service always says it due to weather regardless of time of year even when there are no weather issues! Longer delivery time is clearly their new policy.

I've been a loyal customer for years with lovely skin. They were offering a promotion with a purchase of a full size elta md sunblock product. Anyway this free travel size product is expiring in two months. So you're trying to get rid of this expiring product so you're offering it for free to your customers? Basically this sunblock is useless as a free gift considering its expiring in two weeks for this promotion was running end of August and i purchased this product at that time. Beware of lovely skin offering these promotions and free trial size anything or free anything because the item that you're receiving is most likely expiring. If I didn't read the expiration date my skin would be damaged and not protected. Do better lovely skin. I'm highly disappointed!I never received anything saying this free item will be expired in twoMonths. Are you kidding me? First of all, shipping was slow. When I finally received the 248.69 order, 3 of the products were damaged (see photos). I wanted my money back. It took a couple of calls and emails to have them agree to give me a refund. 8 days after USPS tracking said the package was delivered to them I still have not received a refund. The woman I spoke with today said a partial refund was issued 5 days ago. It still hasn't showed up on my account. She claimed I didn't respond to an email regarding a replacement but I told her it was agreed by email that I would get a full refund. She said she would issue it today. I told her if I didn't see it by the end of the week I would dispute it with the card company and in her words, "I wouldn't do that or it will just delay things further." I will NEVER order from this company again or recommend it!!Side note: I used to own a day spa in Southern California and was an authorized dealer of many medical grade products. I placed huge orders and never once received damaged products.

This store used to be dependable, but has increasingly had delivery issues. You cannot count on your product being delivered in a timely fashion. Several times in the past year my order has been delayed in shipping. The last time I ordered it was 2 weeks when I realized I hadn't received it. When you spend $200 on expensive products, you expect better service. Luckily I remembered I didn't receive the order. Otherwise, they probably would have just pocketed my money. After two weeks, they just said 'oh sorry, we'll reship it.' That's it. Seriously, I said just refund my money and I'll buy it somewhere else.
