OK, spent $35,000 on a Tri- Glide. Well, it was 5 yrs ago. Took it in today for oil change and regular maintenance. Spent $559 on all that today. Ain't complaining. After paying and before picking up Trike, which was still in service, browsed the apparel section. Came across some nice shirt for wife and me. $80 apiece. Yeah, overpriced, I know. Only ones I liked in store. Came up to counter and informed them " I just spent $559 on service plus $35,000 a few years go, could you cut me a deal on these shirts? ".The clerk, after consulting with the office manager, was quick to return with a resounding..."NO"...OK, looks like service is being farmed out to other, closer, dealers.

Nice location with a lot of bikes and apparel to look at. Employees walking around were constantly checking in to see if we needed anything which was helpful. They have a really nice outdoor seating area with a lot of picnic tables that would be perfect for events. They offer military discount if not in the local area, and they offer double reward points for military within the local area.

Been using this location for years. After the Missouri River flooded this location, they had to move all the motorcycles. Once they rebuilt the location, their support of customers have been great in all departments. My go to HD dealership.

Roger and I love this place. We bought a new 2019 Tri Glide, 114 Trike last year and this bike has superceded our expectations.. The staff at Loess Hills is outstanding people, very professional, nice, and was quick to make us family. The service dept is awesome, buying many upgrades to our Trike and our mileage service as well. Clothing department is amazing. We have bought our leathers, rain gear, helmets and much, much, more. Always friendly and always a hug. We really trust Loess Hills Harley.

Sorry, this is long, but the story needs to be told.A couple months ago I decided I wanted to try and find a low mileage white 2013 Harley Davidson FLHTCU. I am pretty particular about what I want when it comes to my vehicles and 2013 was the latest (newest) year that Harley still made the all white version of this model. I had been searching various nationwide motorcycle listings when I came across one at Loess Hills Harley Davidson (LHHD). Now you have to know I live about 1200 miles from this dealer. I decided to contact them and inquire about the bike I saw on their website. I did this knowing that there would be somewhat of a small financial risk, if I traveled all the way there and was not happy with what I was looking at online. My first contact was with Jarod Jones, who I believe is the lead internet salesman. I had to have driven him crazy with all of my phone questions and e-mails reference the bike he had available. The bike had to be in pristine condition for me to consider it. Remember, I am particular. Jarod patiently assured me this bike was just that. After hearing that, I explained I would be traveling to the dealership from Las Vegas, and, if it was in the condition he said it was, I would be riding the bike back home. After several conversations with Jarod, I was confident I had found the bike I was looking for. A deposit was placed on the bike and I made arrangements to get there. In the meantime, Jarod advised that either he, or the dealership, would send someone to pick me up from the airport. Two weeks later, I was in Omaha, Nebraska (closest major airport). That morning, prior to leaving Las Vegas, I received a text from Karl Vierck, a sales consultant at the dealer. Karl said he would be picking me up from the airport. Upon arrival, I let him know I was there, we met outside, and we were on our way to the dealership, about 30 minutes away.On the way to the dealer, the conversation was non-stop. I could tell Karl had an intensity for what he does and was enthused about where he worked. He answered many questions I had about the area, since I had never been in that part of the country as an adult, and about the dealership we were heading to. As we were almost arriving, I asked about a warehouse that was supposed to be near the dealership where the new and used bikes were kept. He offered a look inside, which I gladly accepted. Once inside, he showed me around and I was able to see at least a hundred motorcycles ready for sale. Pretty cool, for sure. Then we were off to the dealer, which was just down the road. Upon arrival, the bike I was looking at was parked inside, next to a celebratory podium for bike purchases. A large bell was behind it. I would find out what this display was all about soon enough. The bike was brought outside, so I could see it in the daylight. Absolutely beautiful White Hot Pearl color that gleamed in the daylight (ok, so maybe it was a little cloudy). It was what I had been looking for. And it was just as Jarod said it was. I was relieved and was pretty sure I would be riding home on it soon enough. So I'm thinking we would hurry up and get the purchase completed and I would be on my way. Not so fast, HD. There were things that needed to be done first. Karl, who had taken over for Jarod at this point and was as helpful as he could be, had me take the bike for a test ride and then allowed me to use an obstacle course pad the dealer had built alongside the main building. That was fun, but I didn't want to hold anyone up for very long, so I went back and parked it.At that point I advised Karl I wanted the bike and the deal was done. Shortly thereafter, it was as if I was related to the owner himself. I was introduced to the various people who run or work in all of the departments (parts, service, clothing sales, etc.) and saw what I would describe as an enthusiasm about what their part in making this dealership special was all about. Every one of the employees here acted like I was someone special, which made me feel about as important as someone could possibly feel. And they did this knowing I probably wouldn't be back there (since I live in Nevada). They topped this off by gathering many of the employees to the showroom, where my motorcycle had been placed in front of the celebration podium, and I was asked to ring the bell. As I did so, several of the motorcycles in the showroom had alarms and horns going off. This was apparently this dealership's way of celebrating the purchase of a motorcycle. Very cool.So I knew that after I made the purchase, I had a long ride home ahead of me. I won't bore you with those details, but you have to know, Karl and Jarod were both concerned and checked that I made it home safely, since the weather along the route was an issue. I did. I just have to say, my experience at Loess Hills Harley Davidson was stellar and major thanks to Karl and Jarod. You guys rock!

The Staff at this Harley-Davidson dealership is awesome. They throw a party second to none. I brought my StreetGlide in to get a operators backrest, and ended up staying all day. I witnessed 7 different people score, what they proclaimed were awesome deals ...the food was fantastic, Smoked turkey leg was "to die for". Hundreds of the coolest scooters and hot rods on display , local High School cheerleaders washing bikes for donations & a charity Ride for the benefit of 2 families that lost their daughters to accident, wow, what an event, I'm the middle of a Iowa Corn field ....this place is truly a " FIELD OF DREAMS"

was working with Jon Gill, rather disappointed with him.. told me I was lying about what other dealerships were offering me on my bike. Jon then proceeded to get upset and very condescending all because I wasn't going to purchase a bike from him.. absolutely the worst purchasing experience I've ever had.

I was in Iowa last week for 2 funerals, but I did not have an opportunity to visit the Pacific junction store. I really wanted a T-shirt, since my parents are both from Iowa, and in particular the Loess Hills. I decided to call the store to see if I could purchase a T-shirt over the phone. Jessica helped me and she went above and beyond! She explained to me on the day that I called that she would need to discuss the matter with her manager to see if a shipment to California was possible. I gave her a good time to call, and she called me promptly the next day! She was able to take all of my information on the phone, and three days later I received my T-shirt! I absolutely love it, but more importantly, I am very pleased with the service that I received, and the follow-through that Jessica provided. Thank you so much Jessica! California is a long way away from Iowa, and I dont get back there very often. I am so happy to have my T-shirt, and I will proudly wear it! You went above and beyond for me, and I am so appreciative to you! Thank you for your excellent customer service!

Mt experience with LHHD was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left (with a new 2017 TriGlide), the treatment I received from the staff was exceptional. The folks who worked with me on the trade-in, sale, customization, and even the business guy, showed their respect for my time, money and expertise. I will never deal with another dealer, no matter where my travels take me.Congrats to Eric Nipp and the staff at LHHD for building an exceptional service culture.
