I honestly wouldn't even give this place any stars. I was an employee. I worked there for a very short time. Staff has hardly any training, the director and assistant director have no knowledge in how to run a center. Treat employees like garbage. Treat kids and parents like garbage. Kicking children out with behavioral issues, when instead of trying to work with parents on a solution. Not breaking employees, or letting them eat, when someone like myself has a medical condition. Hires anyone, leaves children in timeouts for long periods of time. Don't work here or bring children here!

I only give a rating of 4 STARS because of the only other three reviews make me a bit wary for some reason. Although, I shouldn't be wary since I have two toddlers enrolled there for some time now and the assistant director seems plenty knowledgeable about the workings of a daycare. Both of my children enjoy going there all day every day. I did get the notion of it being easy to be removed from the program at first but, even with my poor communication and kids' potty issues, I've had zero issues with little hands daycare. As a single father of three who needs any help I can get I suppose they've even earned that 5 STAR rating in my book! Thx little hands

I will start by saying there were some really nice teachers but the director needs training on how to run a center and need help on hiring good teachers. My child was kicked out for them not be equipped to do one on one care. If your child can not sit still or has ADD or ADHD any hyper disorder or if your child is not a calm 3 year old ( that's how old my child was that was kicked out) or have a medical job(which I have) Little Hands At Work & Play is not the center for you. They also have a smiley face system where if a child gets 2 sad faces in a week no treasure box. My child attended 3 months and never got treasure box. They also called my hospital job daily and when they kicked my child out on a Thursday at 1030am in the middle of me seeing patients and told me per policy the child has to be picked up in a hour. No courtesy of parents jobs whatsoever! The right thing would have been to give me the rest of the day to find child care or even finish Friday so I could have exchanged info with other parents who children were attending my child birthday party in May. I feel my child did not receive good loving care. My child's teacher never smiled never spoke to me unless giving bad reports I feel she personally disliked my child. Unless you need quick care I wouldn't recommend this center long term or if your child fits the criteria I stated above.

I worked there while my daughter went to school there. I didn't see my daughter go outside after lunch and when I asked her teacher about it she said she was in trouble. Over 30 minutes later she was still in timeout along with several other children.(she is 2.5 years) when we(my husband and I) talked to the assistant director initially she just said that she had to review the video. we asked the director and assistant director to view the video they told us no. It is company policy not to allow parents to watch pre-recorded footage, parents are only allowed to watch the live feed. When we asked about the time out they said that they can do whatever they , more or less she must have been offending still. When we ask for the owners information they also told us no. Some of the staff is really lovely there but the director and assistant director have attitude problems. With little to no training I can see why the turnover is so high. I was the fifth person to leave since I started there 6 weeks ago, and countless children have also left.
