I would give 4-5 stars if Kathy didn't still owe me $2,310.00 for goods that were never received (because they were sent to the wrong address, and time was of the essence) and she then confirmed were delivered back to the supplier over 2 months ago. Many emails and broken promises, and then stone cold silence - now have opened dispute with paypal. There are plenty of other high end linen companies I will be doing business with again in the future, run away from this one

I bought sheets from this sellers thinking they were a reputable linen seller. The sheets we bought did not fit our bed and I wanted to return them as they wont work for us. We returned the sheets to them and got a word document back stating what was wrong with the sheets. They were never used, one pillow case was taken out of the packaging to see if it worked on our bed and it did not and was put back in the packaging. She claimed we put stickers on the sheets that were not her stickers which is nuts as who has those types of stickers in their home. We can now not return the sheets as a pillowcase was taken out of a resealable package to see if it fit (which is how this works when you purchase sheets) I have never dealt with a company that wont allow you to try something and return it when it doesn't work. This is scam of a company stay away! I have never dealt with a more unprofessional operation and can not caution people enough. Stay away from this seller and find your sheets elsewhere, we are now out money and have sheets that are useless. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I am a long time online shopper and I just had the pleasure of visiting the store in person. All of the ladies at the shop were pleasant and friendly. Kathy even recognized me from my online orders. She went out of her way to show me all sorts of goodies. I became addicted to French tea towels (LJF) while living in Germany and this is the place to get them - unless you are in France :)

The women who answer the phones are clueless and the owner is quite arrogant! Would rather give other businesses who carry the same brands my business....things on "backorder" take a long time to get in...all around not a pleasant shopping experience!

Thank you so much for your quick delivery of my SDH Legna sheet! It came even faster than I expected and I really appreciate you having it sent directly to me. My husband and I have been using SDH Legna sheets for about 7 years now and we love them. In fact my husband always comments on how great they are to sleep on. For a guy to comment/notice sheets says alot:)
