John is simply the best in the business, hands down, end of story. He has been in the biz for his whole life, multiple generations of helping customers (clients) and knowing what true customer (client) service is. He and his whole Team are knowledgeable, friendly and go above and beyond to serve you. He has a tailor on site and try even do shoe shines as a convenience to their clients. Owning a business myself, there is a difference between helping customers who may be "one off" buyers and helping "clients" who come back over and over again and where you have built a ongoing relationship with them.
