Just got off the phone with a lady trying to just make an eye exam appointment but because I'm poor like most of the nation she was stuck up because I asked about Medicaid. They have a computer system that she can look up his information but was so put out about it she was rude, like, " well do you have the number off the top of you head" like who has that number memorized? I said can't you look it up real quick? " oh well I guess I can" with so much annoyance, I said never mind I'll find somewhere else. Stop treating poor people like you're better then them. You're there for the community!!!

The doctors are great and the staff is friendly. However, they a have policy where they will not release PD measurements to patients. So if you want to go there and get an examination, but don't wish to purchase glasses from them, it makes it very difficult to order online. Their frames are overpriced and not the best selection. I find it unsettled that they are unwilling to share basic information about my examination as a means to insure more patients by glasses from the.

One of the nurses had long fingernails and touched my eye when trying to apply eye drops. Dr. Webb is nice and she told me to let her know when I want to do LASIK....she just assumed I will be getting it soon.

I have been going to Lincoln Vision Center for years. I enjoy the doctor, and think he does a good job. However, the Optical Center has disappointed me many times. For several years I didn't fill my rx there because of the price and lack of knowledge from the staff. This year I decided to give them a try again. Prices were outrageous, but I ordered a pair of progressive lenses and frames. The person I worked with was obviously new -- extremely friendly but had NO answers for me. When I went to pick up my glasses someone else helped me. I tried them on and could not see. They would say nothing other than "You have to get used to them." So I took them home and tried them for 2 days. Still not being able to see, I went back and saw a different person -- a manager. She was extremely rude, curt, and condescending. Everyone I talked to there told me something different. Eventually I gave up and asked to have my money reimbursed. The manager took me over to the business area and didn't apologize. The business area reimbursed me and said it would take about a week to contact my insurance to reestablish my eligibility for yearly frames/lenses. Over a month later, and they still have not done so. My insurance company has been trying to work with them but is having a hard time. I'm very disappointed and will not be going back.
