Lincoln Vacuum & Sewing Machines

I have been waiting on a part for a $500 dollar vacuum for at least 3 month my advice would be never buy an expensive vac this one only worked for three month cheap is better

Drove my 60 year old Necchi sewing machine in from out of town. I work on my own machines, but, there was something wrong that I didn't feel comfortable addressing. The technician had it fixed within a minute of getting it into the store. He then took time to explain a feature on the machine I hadn't know existed. (Didn't think there was anything I didn't know about it.) Then he refused to charge me. The bobbin winder needs to be fixed but I didn't have the time. I will definitely be making another 200 mile round trip into Lincoln to have it repaired in this shop. Well worth the drive.

Called and was told it would be $12.00 to shorten a cord that was only damaged on one end. Was told it would be ready Tuesday went to pick it up Thursday, it wasn't ready. Went back later in the day to pick it up, was charged $40 which included the cord I didn't ask for or need, and cleaning, both things I didn't ask for or authorize. Crook!
