Pat is a miracle worker . I called about my power wheelchair not working. I was prepared to have to take it in for an expensive repair. After a short conversation he had me turn on my wheelchair and do a couple of things with the joystick. In just seconds I had power and my chair worked perfectly. He could have had me bring it in etc and charged me for fixing it but he simply helped me. I have two power wheelchairs and a scooter and you can be sure that he will get my business when they need anything or I need a new one. Thank you so much for being such a good company and such a good person.

Getting ready for hip replacement and went to Lincoln Mobility with the list of items my doctor said I would need during my recovery. Lincoln Mobility had it all, and were able to advise us on the proper use, as well as some recommendations for setting things up for my return home. They were also very encouraging and upbeat about my upcoming surgery, and showed a very caring attitude towards this nervous customer. Plus, they are locally owned and operated, and conveniently located. Thanks to all the helpful staff! I really appreciate you!

I worked with Pat and Tim to pick up a knee scooter for my mom after she broke her ankle. Pat was incredible and not only helped me with the scooter, but he was so kind and made what has been a pretty tough week into a really great day. I would definitely recommend them and now know where I will continue to go with any mobility issues for the future. Thank you so much Pat!

We are visiting Lincoln and my husband is dealing with a knee scooter for a broken foot. He managed to fall due the uneven sidewalks outside the Capital and break the scooter. Lincoln Mobility managed to fix it within 10 minutes. They didn't have the piece in stock but were willing to take a part off a rental scooter to get him moving again. They saved our trip. And as the icing on the cake the price was incredibly reasonable.

They are like working with a mom and pop store but have all the up to date supplies. I've gotten a lift chair, wheelchair, and less expensive supplies as well. At the beginning I was not an easy person to work with. I had been burned at another home health supplies store. At another place I asked if I could buy a walker and see if appropriate for my mother in rehab. They said yes. I went to return it the next day because the physical therapist didn't think it was well suited for my mother. They charged me a 2 days rental and there was nothing I could do about it. No mention of it when I bought it and the return policy said they returned for cash. ****Go to Lincoln Mobility! It is a great place to go when you need health supplies!

My family and I have had so many positive experiences here! Yesterday was no exception...Kris and Nicole were so incredibly helpful and patient with all our questions. With their help, we found a perfect transport wheelchair sized just right. This is our go-to spot for all our medical equipment needs...they are so knowledgeable and no pressure, explaining everything clearly and showing the right amount of options so we could make the right decision. They are awesome!

Lincoln Mobility is the BEST!!!! We were in Lincoln for our son's wedding. My husband's wheelchair needed a few minor repairs. We stopped into Lincoln Mobility to see what they could do for us. They profusely apologized that Pat Pohlman had just gone out to do repairs. They promised he would help us if we returned in a few hours. At the appointed time, we returned to be greeted by Pat. He was expecting us. He made the repairs and gave me advice on how to tweak a few things on my own in the future. All the staff at the store were beyond friendly. They were a delight to work with. They understood our situation. Their service was outstanding. I highly recommend them for anyone with mobility needs. They are amazing.

I was visiting my daughter's family in Lincoln. I live too far away to drive and bring my scooter from home, but I really need one to keep up with my two busy grandsons! Lincoln Mobility was the ONLY place in town that had scooters for rent for the week. It was fully charged and waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived and I left it there for them to pick up when I departed for home. Nothing could have been easier! Thank you Lincoln Mobility!

I can't thank everyone I was in contact with at Lincoln Mobility enough! Visited the store twice and was alway greeted promptly even though they were obviously busy. After explaining my needs for a new lift chair for my mother Tim took the time to show and explain what was available with no pressure but was honest of his opinion and that I really appreciated! Transaction was seamless and delivery was on time and did not interrupt the day! Only wish I was shopping for a lift chair for myself! Thank you!

I was looking to get a knee brace. My knee is pretty swollen so I couldn't fit in the normal size I saw at Walgreens. So I started by emailing Lincoln Mobility and asking if they keep larger sizes in stock. The only response was them giving me their phone number. So I called Lincoln Mobility. I asked if they have larger sizes in stock since my knee is swollen I wouldn't fit in a regular size. She said "Well, obese people usually have trouble keeping knee braces on anyway" Obese??!!?? I am certainly not obese. She was very rude. I measured my leg and ordered a nice brace online. I had heard they were shady, but since they were closer to my side of town I thought I would give it a try. Should have listened to people's opinions of them and not bothered.
