We just purchased a mattress set from here for $2200.00 Slept on it for a week. I have had 2 back surgeries in the past so I trusted the sales lady when she helped us pick out this set. After the week we were not happy with it and the store will not exchange for something that suits us better, even if we spent more money! SO now we are stuck with a $2200 investment that we can't sleep on. DON'T SHOP HERE.. WASTE OF MONEY...TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY!!!

Avoid doing business here. I purchased a mattress after being ASSURED it was in stock and could be delivered in two days. While there I found furniture I liked and was planning a return trip the following week to furnish a living room, bedroom and dining area. An hour later I received a call saying it was not in stock, but I could come back and purchase a more expensive one. I said I wasn't willing to do that and to make sure they did not charge my card for an item they didn't have. I was assured they would. Received my charge bill a couple weeks later and it was on there. Immediately called to get the full amount credited back to the card and after two calls was told they couldn't do that. They would have to process a check and it could take 3-5 days. Weeks later, no check. For me, a BBB report, no future purchases from LMC, and relief I hadn't bought the furniture I was considering.

We have shopped here on multiple occasions and our last journey will be our final. We purchased a couch and two chairs. 1st the quality of the product is equal to rent a center (sorry rent a center). 2nd we were treated like we were renting the furniture and not like we just spent thousands of dollars. Fast forward after 16 weeks, 5 trips in and out of our home we have furniture and with in days of it being replaced I found a broken off bolt underneath the chair which I showed to a service person (hmm not sure what that is just keep and eye on it) my wife was told because of the trouble they will discount. The junk is here and we have never heard another word from them... Discount ha. In a year when we have to replace it we will shop elsewhere. Never Heard another word from them.

Recently I purchased a table and chairs and a head board from Lincoln Mattress . When we went to pick these items up, they were not wrapped up and ready to go, when I asked why, I was told, "we just don't do that" I was in disbelief, every furniture store I've ever shopped has always wrapped up our pieces of furniture very nicely. It's just expected!!! Well, THEY ENDED UP DOING MINE! But,normally, "they just don't do that" I hope they change there ways!

I want to start out by saying the quality of the product that I received was awesome. I purchased a couch and two chairs and they really look great. It was the whole process before I actually received my furniture that threw me off. First, it was a big sale day when I went there and just by walking into the store I could feel the tension. I think it was stemming from the competitiveness of the salespeople. I can imagine commission is a big part of working there, so it makes sense, but I still felt uncomfortable. Someone approached us right away and after we were paired up with someone the vibe in there almost got worse, like we picked a side so everyone else was against us. Choosing a couch was a stressful situation. I am very happy with the couch I picked, so there are no regrets there, but it seemed like it was a day where everyone was trying to get as many sales as possible so everything felt rushed like we were under a lot of pressure to choose. After the paperwork was done, I was told everything would arrive in a month and I would get a phone call. The wait was not a concern. I currently live in an apartment and will be moving after closing on a house at the end of July. When I was purchasing the furniture, I asked if it was an option for it to be held until I moved and that I could pick it up around that time (I really did not want to pay the delivery fee for 1 mile). I was told that was completely fine and when the furniture came in I had a pick-up date set for July 26th. Late last week I received a call confirming that I was to have my furniture delivered the 27th of June which was the next Monday. I was pretty surprised because I thought we were all on the same page--that I would pick it all up in July. When I mentioned that, the gentleman I spoke to was very kind, but surprised that I would have my furniture sitting there with them for that much longer. After that conversation I just decided to go with the delivery. I had to take off time from work, but didn't want to deal with it anymore. I have a 1 bedroom apartment so I had no place to put it except my garage so it was pretty easy for them to come and drop everything off right to the first floor. The only thing still makes me cringe internally is seeing them drag around my couch and chairs in the delivery truck and on the cement floor of my garage. All of the furniture I picked had wooden legs that were completely exposed during the delivery and it just made me feel sick that I was spending money on something that they were dragging around on hard surfaces like it was nothing. This was a big purchase to me and I would have definitely taken better care than to treat the furniture like that. If I could have one suggestion it would be for them to cover the legs better or to have another way of moving them so they were not being drug around like that. Some of the legs had some small nicks and some were crooked due to the movement. Not a huge deal to me, but really could have been a deal-breaker for someone else.The guys that were delivering everything were very kind and conversational which is the positive side of that last part.

I went to 4 mattress stores in town when I bought my new mattress:Denver MattressSlumberlandLincoln Mattress and FurnitureNebraska MattressLincoln Mattress was a much better experience than the big "chain" stores. Ironically, however, with a name like "Lincoln Mattress" they seemed much less interested in selling us a mattress than they were in trying to sell us a new bedroom suite. The salesman here was certainly better than the staff we encountered at Slumberland or Denver Mattress, but seemed preoccupied with the iComfort series. We told him that, as hot sleepers, we weren't interested in memory foam but instead of showing us more conventional mattresses he went on and on about cooling foam or cooling gel or some other such thing.We did end up looking at several more traditional "Perfect Sleeper" mattresses that I like pretty well but my wife was not as impressed with (and if momma ain't happy, ain't NOBODY happy).The Bottom Line:This is a local store (and I like shopping local) and they are certainly an improvement over the chain stores. Less confusing and more informative than the big stores, a good place to start your search (but not where we chose to buy).

Was struggling with shoulder pain and suspected it had something to do with sleep. Bought a Beauty Rest Black motion base and mattress after desperately needing a mattress upgrade, as well as new sheets and pillows. Staff was helpful and patient while I tried every mattress (and ended up selecting the first one I looked at). This is the best investment I made in my health this year. No more shoulder pain and can comfortably sleep a solid 7-9 hours a night. Glad I was able to try and purchase a high quality product from a local business without having to drive out of town.

I found the perfect couch for me at Lincoln Mattress & Furniture. Quality at an affordable price. Upon delivery, the men had trouble getting my couch through the front door. The back of my couch was taller than most. The owner, Jerry, on the same day, came back with the truck, delivery men and couch and we got it through the patio door! I've never had such personal service or bought from a company more committed to making sure the customer is happy. I love my new couch. The service is top notch. If I could give them less than a star I would. First you should know that the prices are completely marked up. Be sure to research and check prices elsewhere. Second know that they will offer to take money off to convince you to buy. Dealing with these people is like used car salesmen. Expect high pressure. Third all sales are final and they are completely a-holes if you change your mind any time in the process -- even if it's just hours later they won't refund your money. I will never step foot in this store again. There are much better places to shop in the area.
