My experience with the doctor was nothing but great. However -- the office in general is disorganized. The nurses were either lovely or rude. They lost my test samples and never got back to me about it. When I hadn't heard back after a week for results, I called to ask what was going on and they said they lost them. After that I left. This was in 2021. They called me YESTERDAY but I missed it and didn't think anything of it since it's been 2 years since I've been there. Just a few minutes ago I get a notification from a pharmacy I no longer use that a medication was ready for me to pick up -- it's nothing I've ever been prescribed before. The prescribing doctor was with Lincoln Family Medical Group. I called the office back about missing their call yesterday, and they said they "accidentally called me." Since I had them on the phone I asked why I was prescribed a medication I've never been prescribed before by their office, which again I haven't been to in 2 years, and they said "Yea we accidentally prescribed that to you." SUPER unorganized which just plain isn't acceptable for a medical office.

Terrible doctors and staff. If you care for yourself or family even a little. Please consider another provider

Trying to call and get a refill, over twenty mins on hold due to only having one nurse answering phones with no answering machine is a bit ridiculous still haven't talked to anyone except a receptionist. I enjoy my doctor but I am ready to change this is not handled right.

The doctors seem like good people. But the front desk ladies seem like they hate their job and wish to be anywhere else. When you call in you'll be out on hold for about an hour every time and you're lucky if you can actually get ahold of the call nurse and the line doesn't "drop".They also bill very Imorally where they will take what you said during your yearly checkup appointment and if something comes up that could be considered specialist (blood pressure, mental health) they'll tag it on as extra and send it to insurance where it probably isn't covered so you have to pay extra.

I love Dr. Matt Jacobsen and Dr. Owen has also treated me with respect and given me good care. Most of the nurses have been nice and some of the office staff. Some of the office staff when you come in or check out however can be very disrespectful and rude at times. The goal should be quality healthcare and how you are treated does affect health unfortunately. It hurts and makes me hesitant to make all the appointments I should really have but I don't desire to change doctors either. Puts me in a hard place. Hope that improves. I am not perfect either but am trying to be nice and respectful of them but hard when they are not.

Wow. Reading these reviews from a few years back I was wondering if it was the same office I go to. The staff is always friendly and I am never kept waiting more, if that, 10 minutes. The nurses I have spoken to are always helpful and I have never been placed on hold. Like I said. I love my Dr. Dr. Dorthea and her staff. I have always been treated kindly and with compassion

I have gone here for many years now. They have always treated me great and always take the time to explain everything. Never a problem with anyone there.

This office is not "Christian" the staff are very rude and treat you horribly! I have been a patient for over a year and can not stand be treated like dirt! The person who allegedly does referrals A. Does not do her job at all she just visits with girls in front. Six referrals were needed for myself and son. Everyone of them was all messed up. My son had a fractured back and needed an MRI. 5 days later i went in and went in and stayed until she actually did her job! After all that she never entered workmans comp claim on anything though i wrote everthing down for her she still screwd it up! It took 2 weeks with a fractured back before he was actually able to see a specialist! RIDICULOUS! Woman out front are extremely rude! This is not the place to go if you expect common decency and proffesionalism and care in a timely manner. If you need a referral you are all on your own! GOOD LUCK

This "Christian" practice lost my business today. My family had been their patients for the last 10 years, in fact Dr. Peterson has welcomed two of my children into the world. The nurses, Dr. Peterson and Jennifer Graham have always been amazing and kind and wise in their care. Unfortunately, today I tried to schedule an appointment for my son, who is really sick. Due to an insurance mishap, there was a balance on my 15 month old's account and Lincoln Family Medical will not see him until said balance is paid. I asked Lisa, the billing assistant, if they were refusing medical treatment to my sick baby due to a balance. She answered yes. Apparently living the Hippocratic Oath or emulating Christian values are not part of their policy.

I have been with Lincoln Family medical group for 34 years. I have NEVER had an issue with these fine people, they greet me by na.e when I come in and have always been professional and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
