Lincoln Escape Room

Absolutely great! Tate was super helpful with the clues when we needed them and the room was challenging enough but we got through the room! It was fun and challenging and it scared a few of us a couple times but it was all fun and games! Big fan!!! Will do again

I just visited The Escape Room with my wife and four friends, and we had a blast! We all heartily recommend trying it out.For those not familiar with escape rooms, the premise is simple. You get locked in a room for an hour and work together to solve a variety of puzzles within an hour in order to escape. I don't want to say too much about the puzzles, cause you'll want to experience them for yourself, but there were locks and keys and codes and all sorts of clever devices. There is also a television mounted on the wall that shows how much time you have left, and allows the folks running the show to provide the occasional hint if everyone is totally stumped (a facilitator watches you from behind a one-way window). Having never done an escape room before, this kind of surprised me, but after being in there for 20 minutes it totally made sense to me. It also added some levity.Escape rooms are new to Lincoln, and at the time of this review The Escape Room is less than a month old. There were a few minor kinks in the room, but we had so much fun that it didn't adversely affect our experience. Also, the folks at The Escape Room offered us a free escape experience at a later date, which we gladly accepted. Looking forward to coming back!

Never did I thought I would be enjoying this, but I had such a fun time!!! My friends and I escaped from the Musicians Room. You get to figure out how to escape using the secret codes that you will find all over the room. This room included playing a tune to have one of the boxes pop open and reveal our next clue. As the time run out, you get a rush of adrenaline trying to escape before staff has to pop open your room. It was definitely worth it! There were only 4 of us so we payed an extra $15 fee to reserve the room exclusively for our group. We reserved our room and payed online. $25 per person. If you escape, you get a bumper sticker!

Fantastic experience. My parents were visiting from out of state so we decided to make a trip to the Lincoln escape room with my wife and two kids age 9 and 7. We did the missing musician puzzle and it was great. I thought most of these rooms were geared more towards adults but my kids even helped solve a few puzzles! We all contributed to getting out of the room with just 29 seconds left! The team contributions led to feeling of euphoria by all when we solved it. If I had one complaint, and it is minor, I thought it was a little pricey, but considering you'll probably pay close to the same amount taking 6 people to the movies, it wasn't too bad. But the pricing does make it more of something I would do for special events and not out of boredom.

Love this place! We always have a great time! Such a unique way to spend an evening and a good bonding experience

Went to escape room with 4 family members and were paired with another team who had 3. At first i was pretty skeptical about it but thought.. eh, it will kill an hour. What a freakin blast! Had a really good time. We didn't complete our task on time but that didn't matter, we laughed our butts off. Everyone had to contribute to the puzzle to make it work. I will definitely do it again.

Was an amazing time. Went with 9 people and got out in just under 5 minutes. Very challenging but a blast.

Went for a friends birthday gathering. The room we booked was LaCastro's Lair. Good "Halloween" theme. There was a mixup with one of the puzzles/clues not being in the correct spot. We informed the manager and she handled the situation well. Was told the room wasn't reset properly and offered to make things right. We will be back again and recommend it for people who like games.

They messed ours up so it was impossible to win, been there before and it was fine. The person running it at the time did give us clues when we asked and the clues they did give were useless

We came here to celebrate a friends birthday and did The judgment room. We were super excited to come but spent 15+ minutes in handcuffs on the first clue because it was not put in the room. Disappointed as it was a waste of money since we wasted so much time because the worker didn't check the first clue or cameras to see why we were struggling. This is the second time coming here where a clue was not put in the room, causing a huge time delay. Such a bummer I'd rather have a refund.
