I had unexpected car problems and didn't know where to go. They took me right away the next day. There was a problem with my bill, the customer service was exceptional. I now have a place if something happens to my car.

Very upset with this repaid shop. this place lies about doing repairs and said they fixed the whole front end of my Cadillac and found out later cause it was having the same problem so i had 2 other shops tell me the repairs were never done or new parts never installed like they stated. I wasted almost 3500.00 on them to never do the work. vert disappointed would never recommend this place to anyone for even airing up a tire. don't trust them at all.

I have been taking my car here for the last year or so and I've been very grateful for my experience. They do good, honest work. Sean is always very helpful and takes time to explain what's going on. I've never felt pressured to do more work than I could afford, and they've always worked with me on pricing. I feel like I can trust these guys and will continue to bring my vehicles here when I need anything.

Great service. Most important to mention is the woman friendly environment. Although my dad was standing right next to me Sean directed his questions to me regarding my vechile this may seem small but in 25 years of owning a vechile this is the first time I have been treated respectfully by a mechanic. Feel comfortable sending you female loved ones to Sean.

This is not an honest shop!!! Avoid or it will cost you, the mechanic installed a radiator for me at tremendous cost. The radiator went 140miles. No warranty at all! When he replaced it the second time he charged even more! Went back for another rather simple repair and he charged me three times the book rate!! When asked why the job took so many hours he blew up and asked me to leave and never come back. If you want to deal with the mentality of an immature child to get your car fixed this is the place!! I do no not believe any of the reviews posted, other than this one. Definitely not your friendly neighborhood mechanic.

Did very good work at a reasonable price. Diagnosis, repair, etc. They even got rid of a rattle that had plagued us for years.

I had a pretty bad wreck. I just needed to get back on the road. The body work can come later. Fearing thousands of dollars of repairs, I hesitantly looked for a place to go. Lincoln Auto Repair is closest to my house. After looking at the damage, Mark called and informed me of the estimate amount. Wow!! I was amazed at the low amount. He had me back on the road in 2 working days. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, The bill was even better than the estimate! My family of 5 doesn't have to rely on one car anymore. Now for the body repair quest... Thanks Lincoln Auto Repair!
