LimeLight Expressions

I hired LimeLight Expressions to help me plan my recent wedding and it ended up being the best money we spent during the wedding planning process! I cannot recommend Kimmylea and the rest of the staff at LimeLight enough! I originally figured I would just need help with day-of coordination, as I had already finalized many of the vendors for my wedding. Kimmylea ended up providing SO much more, though. I am an OCD control freak and even with all of my own price checking I could not even come close to the quality and prices that Kimmylea was able to obtain from her vendors for our invitations, flowers, and wedding favors. Kimmylea also made my wedding week and day such a stress free experience so that I was able to focus all of my attention on the experience with my family and friends and not have to worry about the details. For example, the vendor providing our groomsmen's outfits totally dropped the ball the week before the wedding and Kimmylea stepped in and took care of everything. She handled the problem so I did not have to. She also took care of planning all of the beautiful decor at my reception venue and took care of all the set up and tear down so that my family and I could just enjoy the night. Limelight Expressions was the best decision we made for our wedding! My husband and I knew early on that we wanted a day-of-coordinator to help our wedding day run smoothly. After our initial consultation with Kimmylea, we decided to go with the Something Blue package since we were early on in the planning process. With this package we planned alongside Kimmylea and got the day-of coordination. She helped us every step of the way keeping us on track with booking vendors and even recommending vendors as well. Kimmylea was so easy to get into contact with. She always responded in a timely manner and we had several meetings along the way as well which helped us feel prepared. The wedding day was stress-free for my husband and I and our whole family. Kimmylea and Beau set up everything and tore down which was so nice to not have our families worry about. At the end of the night I found out our venue's security guard never showed up and they wouldn't be able to serve alcohol without one. Luckily Beau was able to fill that role due to his occupation. I'm not sure what would have happened if Kimmylea and Beau weren't there, but I'm glad I'll never have to find out. Kimmylea also stepped up when I was feeling uneasy about a last minute DJ switch. She contacted the owner and helped reassure me that everything would be great. If you are looking for a wedding or any type of event planner, look no further. Kimmylea and her team are exceptional at handing the many details of an event. The night of our Gala, she went above and beyond in so many ways! Kimmylea and her team were the best thing that happened to our wedding! We had a very large plan with a fairly small budget and she made our day even better than we could have imagined. From the planning process to the day/night of, Kimmylea and her team were very responsive and receptive to our ideas. I am a bit of a control freak and had no problem handing over the reigns to Kimmylea. The quality of the service you receive is honestly priceless. I would not look or go anywhere else for your party or wedding planning needs. Without her, the process would have been so overwhelming and stressful. She allowed us to enjoy the process even while in a doctoral program and working as a hotel general manager! We not only gained an amazing wedding planner, but gained an amazing friend!
