Not fancy nor hi-tech this little shop offer is a great value. I called at the last minute for a bouquet and was told I could pick it up within 30 minutes.The woman was very nice and pointed out that she does not do computers which is why she can offer good value and pricing on her productsThere were some ready-made bouquets in the case for anyone that's in a hurry. Never been here before, but will definitely come back again based on a great experience There is dedicated parking on the side of the building and access is a little tight.

(From my husband) I was one of those people that procrastinated to get Valentine's Day flowers, I'm so happy that Lillian's Flower Shop still had a wide array of flowers & prices at her shop the day of! It had a cute small Omaha neighborhood local vibe to it. Staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely be back!

My husband and I have ordered flowers from Lillian's for years and they truly are the best florist in town! I always leave it up to Mary as to how the arrangement will look...I tell her what the occasion is and my price range and they go above and beyond! I especially love their "fresh flower" arrangements...always so fresh, colorful and long-lasting!

Mary is so sweet! At first she can be a little... prickly, I guess... if she doesn't know you. But persist! Her prices are very fair and her flowers are excellent quality. Walking into her shop is like walking into a vintage-y floral antique paradise. What a wonderful time I had talking with her about flowers, business, the neighborhood, etc. I haven't tried many other area florists, but I'm not sure I need to! I love going to see her.p.s. she loves KFC chicken pot pies... she will probably love you forever if you bring her one!

I've never had a bad experience here. Seriously, Mary is an amazing florist. It doesn't matter what the occasion is, she can put something together that looks great. I can't even begin to count the number of times that I have just called her up, told her what the situation is and she puts together an amazing arrangement. Plus, she's local, not part of a huge chain. Bottom line, call her right now. Stop searching for someone better around Omaha, because you aren't going to find one.

Lillian's my girl. After wasting money on flowers at HyVee that were fake died and stained the vase water, I figured I'd give her a try. Her shop is an interesting place, but she'll hook you up with a custom bouquet with roses for ~$3 a pop. Half the price of HyVee/Bakers and twice as nice.

Mary was great just needed a quick rose arrangement before my wife's flight landed! Called she let me know she was indeed open after last 3 places didn't exist anymore that I had been to and her prices were great!

They don't have a website, they don't have a facebook. I called to order some flowers for my girlfriend (valentine's day is in 2 days) and the person who answered the phone was totally monotone. I asked if there was something online that I could look at to determine what flowers I wanted to buy, and the woman said, "she don't have a computer." The woman sounded annoyed with me and told me to come in to the store if I wanted to see what they had available. This business needs help...

Super nice and helpful! Had to pick up flowers for my girlfriends professional ceremony and she knew exactly what I needed!

The WORST customer service AND flowers. At first the lady seemed very nice and was accommodating. When I picked up the flowers (by 9am) the lilies weren't open. She (I believe her name was Mary) indicated the lilies would be open by 11 or 12pm but no later than the time of the wedding which was around 5pm. The lilies didn't open until the following Wednesday (after the other flowers in the arrangement had died). When I called to inform her of the issue, she was outraged that I "complained about the flowers" indicating in 33 yrs she'd NEVER had to give a refund for flowers, but would ONLY give me a refund on the lilies as she lost money on my arrangement (which I highly doubt as it was $96.30 for about 10 roses and 3 stems of lilies). She continued to shout expletives at me, calling me all sorts of names, blaming me for the shortcomings of the arrangement because I did not allow her enough time to get the flowers and make the arrangement (she never indicated this in my initial phone call). She finally HUNG UP on me and has not called me back to finalize the refund. If you are looking to be treated horribly and receive crappy flowers this may be the place for you! Absolutely disgusting that she is running a business with an attitude like this.
