We purchased a refrigerator for my mom. They added the ice maker, delivered it, set it up and took away the old one. She wasn't able to help but they took care of everything.This is the first of many purchases we have made at Lichti's and we are very likely to buy from them again in the future.The staff is always friendly and helpful and we really appreciate being able to support a local business that has been around for many years. We hope it continues to serve the area for many more yearsThank you so much for all you do!

Scam of a business. Writing for my mom who does not have yelp. They claim to have a 30 day return policy on their furniture. My mother would like to return the furniture within that period per the contract they signed. Lichti's is now refusing to honor this policy. Do not be scammed by this company. Their reputation precedes them and it appears they prey on the elderly.

Called store for service on refrigerator. Came to our house in about an hour. Got job done quickly. Great service!

This is a review from my grandmother on Facebook.This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I bought all new appliances from them 4 years ago and have had nothing but trouble with the refrigerator. They replaced a part for $146.00 to only have the same thing wrong a week later. They kept giving me the run around for 4 month. Until all the food in it spoiled as it wasn't keeping it cold enough did they try to do something. The manufacturer agreed to refund me the purchase price but Lichtis would not let me have it unless I bought from them, pay $125 to have it delivered in town and $100 for using it the last 4 years.Since I will NEVER do business with them again I had to pay for a new one somewhere else and am still trying to get the money for the old one. Had to pay a $75 in town delivery charge one other time for an appliance I bought.Giving them one star is being generous!

I bought two sets of bed rails and one box spring set. For the rails,, one was for a queen bed and another for a full. I was charged $20 more for the queen than the full which seemed reasonable. When I got home I found both bed rail sets were the same and adjustable to accommodate from a twin or full to a king! Same item with two different prices based on the end users need. What a scam!

I must say that we have purchased many appliances and furniture through Lichti and they have been great to work with. We have never had a problem with them standing behind their products.
