Liberty Street Kitchen

I came here in the summer and hands down this is the best food I have had in quite some time and I am quite critical when it comes to food (as I know my onions). Do yourself a favor, if you are in Pella go eat here!

This place is best spot in town! The atmosphere was so warm and inviting yet also perfect for date nights or business meals. The food was absolutely incredible! Pork cooked perfectly and to pair it with a proper drink. The dessert was the perfect lightness to finish the meal. Also huge shoutout to the head bartender, he and his colleagues dominated the bar calling out and knocking drinks out. It's been a while since I've seen such professionalism behind a bar. I will definitely be back here

Vibes: The ambiance was elegant, with modern décor, amazing lighting and with moderate noise levels, so perfect for great conversations. It's perfect for any occasion.Service: The service was alright; our server may have had too many tables, but she did her best.Food: Delicious and most definitely worth the drive from DSM! I started with the Portobello Fries with a side of White Truffle Aioli and all I can say is wow! The flavors paired perfectly with the mushrooms that were fried perfectly. I will drive back just to have those again. The Crab Cakes were the other appetizer, and they were good as well. I tried the Lobster Bisque which was flavorful but had no lobster which was disappointing. For my entrée I the Lobster Penne and Cheese, it had good flavor as well. I did try the Seedlips Crown Mocktail which tasted slightly like toothpaste, I wouldn't recommend.Pricing: Reasonably priced given the value of the food, worth every penny!Location/Parking: Finding parking was tricky as well as finding the actual restaurant. There is only street parking, so I had to park in front of another business. The restaurant is located on a corner inside of the Royal Amsterdam Hotel on the corner with the entrance down a passageway.I would definitely recommend it; I can't wait for the opportunity to go back!

Great service, food, ambiance, and drinks! We ducked in during a freezing cold Kerstmarkt at the suggestion of helpful Amber and were welcomed with a warm fire and lovely Sarah who served up delicious seasonal cocktails and appetizers of portobello fries (soo good!) and onion rings. Everything was absolutely fantastic! Portions are large, so order accordingly. Sarah even adjusted drinks to my taste and offered to take a pic for us. A really great experience!

Maybe it was because I came at closing and they thought they were at the end of their salt container when making their mussels. But wow! Their mussels dish was SALTY. My fingers were burning by the time I was done with the dish. Great amount but wow so salty. The bread was also completely soaked in butter. So if your body is ready to take on that much butter and salt, then this dish is for you. The corn chowder was good. Service was good. Ambiance was good.

Service was good and the food was great! If it wasn't so windy outside, we would have taken advantage of the outdoor seating. This restaurant has a cool vibe! Saw a flyer for an upcoming special Japanese meal experience that would be great to go back for! Prices were reasonable for the quality of food. Definitely will go back when visiting Pella!

Wanted a light salad. The heirloom salad was not great. The tomatoes were mushy and the balsamic flavor was almost burnt. There is something crunchy in the salad that I didn't enjoy at all. This is my second visit to this restaurant and I think they try too hard. This isn't cheap so I probably won't be back. Service was fine.

Amazing find while we were camping nearby. Natalie S was our server and always seemed to appear when needed. Food was phenomenal (berry salad and Liberty burger). PROMPT and excellent service. Berries were wonderful and finished with the Spiced Triple Chocolate Torte

Dinner was a great experience, both meals were fantastic. Our server was absolutely fantastic, great recommendations. Very nice place for a date night with my wife.

We stopped into town and had dinner here and enjoyed it. Very nice place with a little bit of everything on menu. Food was delicious. We started with the mushroom fries that were seasoned and very moist. Also ordered the eggplant which comes with pasta too. Also had great flavor. It's a good place for date night or family and friends evening. We sat at bar, so we were attended by bar tenders which were both very attentive. If we lived in the area, we would come back. It was a great evening experience.
