I hadn't been to this arena in years but I recently went for a Lancers hockey game. Honestly, I have no complaints! The arena was clean, the staff was friendly, and parking/traffic wasn't as hectic as I expected. The seating was comfortable and didn't feel cramped which is always a plus. While nothing about the experience was extraordinary it wasn't bad either. They have plenty of drink options to choose from which is nice. It was surprisingly quiet for a Friday night game maybe it just wasn't a big matchup. Overall it was a good experience.

This is our first time attending this arena for any event. We went for a Lancer's hockey game and it was not near as chaotic as I anticipated it to be. Decent amount of seating for the smaller arena with a lot of food and drink options. Of course everything's priced higher than normal because of the venue, but we were seated in the suite so the $20 unlimited amount of popcorn was a great deal. I wouldn't mind coming back and ice skating or attending a concert to see other aspects of this venue.

I have gone to two shows here - both to see Gabriel Iglesias. There are really no bad seats in this arena. It's big, yet small at the same time. We were in section 116 and had no problem seeing the stage and any screens! They did a great job doing the audio and visuals for this. I have also gone to the craft shows and it's also just an amazing production. I highly recommend checking out these events + more that they have to offer here!

I believe the venue is fantastic. Although it's smaller compared to others, it's perfect for hosting smaller concerts and other events.

This is a mediocre venue at best. It's small and doesn't have a lot of options when it comes to concessions. Unless you're in club seating, the beats are borderline airplane size and the armrests don't move. If you're a chunky monkey like myself, you'll fit, but your hips will have bruises. Was not a fun experience. I went for an Omaha Lancers game.**Hockey: the speaker system was subpar and the announcers and game entertained were less than impressive. the ice wasn't taken care of properly as you could see so many divots and holes even after the Zamboni drove by. It also felt like their solution to good ice was to make it subzero temperatures in the building. I get it has to be cold, but when you're competing with the outside on which can be cooler (it was negative 40) you have problems

I have to admit, I've only been here about 4x for the annual Pick-a-Pooch sponsored by Pets in Omaha but I really like it for that event. It's fun to walk around looking at all the rescue groups, vendors, pet supply booths and direct sales. A little cramped at times up top but lots of room on the arena floor itself. I also have to admit that I usually eat at a nearby restaurant in advance and walk over as the parking lot is atrocious. Looks like the surface of the moon or Omaha streets this past spring with all the potholes. Don't need 2 more flat tires! Big spring and fall craft fairs are held here as well.

My review is based on a youth hockey tournament. We skated here as part of a winter ice hockey tournament and enjoyed our experience. The locker rooms are large and clean, the staff is experienced, and the ice is in great condition.Unlike some ice arenas, it wasn't that cold here. I assume that there are some large events where parking and logistics could be a challenge. For a normal ice hockey event / tournament, it was perfect. I didn't see a bad seat in the house, and the rink was easy to navigate with plenty of restrooms. The concession stand is pretty standard, they have beer and wine as well as basic bar type food. I like that they have a skate sharpening service and small pro-shop. Overall, this rink was fantastic for youth hockey.

Terrible parking! It was ridiculously slow in the parking lot for both, getting in and out!!!! For being a small venue, plan on taking at least 30 minutes to park and still expect to take at least an hour to get out as there is only one exit used. Also not enough parking stalls. People ended up parking all over in the grass, jumping curbs, so higher profile vehicle is recommended. Obviously, parking was an after thought 1200 parking stalls for over 4300 people doesn't add up!!!Hopefully, the other gym is better for the LOVB Omaha team to play in.Also, If it's bad weather. Be prepared, because you have to stand outside when you are waiting in line to go through security. We won't be attending any more games here!!!

I am disabled, normally in a wheelchair. First they told me that I wasn't moving fast enough toward the exit after the show. Then they insisted I stand to wait for my cab. I was not the only disabled person they did this to. I will not be attending any further shows and they don't deserve any of your money until they can get this fixed.
