We stopped in on Saturday "just to look" after a disappointing visit at another non-Lexus dealership where the customer service was severely lacking. Within a couple of minutes, we were greeted by a smiling and friendly salesperson who was extremely helpful without being pushy. She answered our questions and made suggestions and in the end sold us our first Lexus. We are very happy with our experience and would recommend Meg to anyone!

I brought my LX570 in for a GPS update and a week or so later I opened the hood to check my oil and found that a dozen or so push pins that hold the engine shroud in place were gone. I had to replace them at 3.00 a piece! I called and the svc mgr first said they didn't do anything under the hood. Then I reminded him that that had to access the battery... he then said that he had his top guy do the work and he couldn't believe he would have left them out At that point I was done and said good bye..... His fist response (especially being a Lexus Plus Dealership) should have been "I am so sorry Mr Hood, how can we resolve this". Luckily I was traveling and will not have to return there

I have always had exceptional service here! Yesterday I called Hillary because my tire had a slow leak . I was headed out of town and needed a fix ASAP. She was able to get me in the next morning . She knew I had a time constraint and was sure to get me in and out quickly and efficiently. They always wash my car beautifully inside and out too , which is a nice treat .

This dealer has decided to toe the corporate line and offer "no haggle pricing" as a "Lexus Plus" dealership. They get organizational resources from the mothership in exchange for adopting this model. This eliminates me as a customer immediately. The place is run professionally and I personally know people that report great buying and service experiences. But if you are not a new car buyer, or not a fan of leases, or don't care to pay extra for "certified" cars, this is probably not the spot to look. And I quote: "if you offered us 10 bucks less we would tell you no". Really!?! Just turns me off. Making me buy your way is not "making the buying experience better"....well better for the owner perhaps....but not for the customer. Harrumph.

It all started off so well! The dealership is nice, they have great cars, I know from past experience the service department rocks, and the sales guy, Gordon, was awesome. All the paperwork was done, I was gone with my new car and things were great. Then a week later I get a call that they had some "issues" with the electronic signature and needed me to resign a few things. No big deal I thought. Turns out they had screwed up on their end and included a rebate that didn't exist and now the price we had agreed on AND signed on was going up $16/month. Now I'm not even sure it's legal to renege on a completed purchase agreement, but just the principle of it seems wrong. To quote a price, agree on a price, sign on a price, complete the transaction and then change the price a week later is BAD business. Beware of this dealership, but if are still going to buy a car through them, definitely get Gordon to help you out. I don't plan on buying another car from them.

I highly recommend Lexus of Lincoln to anyone in search of a car - Lexus or otherwise. Cassandra Sitzman and Scott Cavadini were extremely helpful in finding exactly what I wanted. They went the extra mile to make sure I was making an informed decision, and answered every question I had. Actually, every single person at this dealership was helpful. From Matt, the service manager, addressing a concern I had before my purchase (on his day off!), to Greg, the GM, they are all top notch! I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership, and can say with certainty that they will get my business again.

I have never had a better experience than I did here. The facilities are top notch and the staff is extremely friendly. I typically hate going to dealerships due to the typical hassle. But my dealer, Peterson Xayavong was outstanding. He kept in contact without being pushy. He walked me through every step of the deal and when it took longer than expected he made me feel right at home with the outstanding facilities. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Lexus of Lincoln if you're looking for a painless transition to a new car.

On my 3rd Lexus, still have 2 of them. Lincoln dealership has been great. Always treat me well. Seem honest, sincere, and competent. If I'm paying this much I should get good service and feel I do at this location. I'm at the point of only getting service done here, for my Lexus, even though it is extremely inconvenient for me, because Omaha can't get it right. Thank you, Cassie, for always being able to figure out who I am right away and taking good care of me. And to the folks in service, likewise, I always feel well cared for when I leave and that they have put their best foot forward.
